Sumin POV.
At the end of the class I finished packing my this, with the books in my hand I was on my way towards the teacher's cabin to give him the books which teacher asked for.
Entering the teacher's cabin I placed all the books on his table, The teacher looked at me and gave a smile before speaking.
"Thank you for bringing them Sumin,
Return home safely"
I bowed towards him and smile a little "okay sure sir, see you on Monday, bye "
Coming out of the teacher's cabin I was walking in the empty corridors, many students already left, only few were present at the hallway.
Stopping by my locker I was taking out my stuff and was really to go but stopped as I heard some students talking about the new creepy rumours.
Well they were talking about that old library which is on last street from the place where I live, many are saying that that old library place is being sold to someone and all the books are been thrown out.
Well some say that library looks creepy, haunted, it's a place of ghost.... cause Why not? that library is almost closed from past more than 30 years.
Nobody visits the library, once I heard from my grandma that there was a particular section in that library which no one was allowed. And later because of some incident relating to that room; library was closed permanently.
I don't know who would even like to buy a place like that.
Nobody even visits that place much tho.
Coming out of my thoughts I saw Rami waiting at the gate scrolling through her phone.
Well I really didn't expect her to wait for me. So I approached her.
"Hea... Rami, sorry I was late Teacher gave me some work to help him"
"It's ok, let's go now" she said giving a slight smile.
As we both made our way towards home together.
Well Rami & I were friends, as after some reason our class were divided into different sections & we both got to different sections.
Before we were at same class being the friendly friends together like a best duo. but after class division, she often spend her time with her new friends which I didn't mind.
Her new friends are popular and after being with her new popular friends she often spend most of her time with them, she started to dress up nicely and she ever become popular with them among our campus. It was rare that she would meet up with me.
It was full silent.. we both were walking in silence without talking. When she spoke something breaking the silence.
"Do you have plans on this weekend?"
"No" I just said like that.
"So... Can you join with me? To the library on the last street"
Last street? Which Library was she talking about? there was only that old broken library, why she wants to go there? She never asked anything from me without a reason.
"Last street library? That old creepy one? Why there?" I asked turning towards her
Rami also turned giving me her full attention before speaking "oh.. it's just they said we can grab any books from there if we want, so I just want to go"
"But we could even go to the library near our school right? You will have better quality one"
"Noo. It's not like that... It's.... It's just You can just grab any books form there for free, like you know right? You won't get some old books in other stores"
"But still w-" she cut off my words continuing
"Please, just lets go. Just once " she said holding my hand.
I didn't said anything and just said yes. We reached near her house as we both live at same place it's just we both are from different areas side.
Waving her hand she went inside her house as I walked towards my house on the other streets of the area.
"That old creepy library? What's so special about it?.."
