Life never was fair to begin with most definitely In a world of super powered humans, some choosing to be Villains others wanting to be Heroes, but Shakur will be The Strongest.
It's the next day after battle training. The class is being loud like normal until Mr. Aizawa finally speaks up "Alright shut the hell up. First off Bakugo learn to control your anger better."
He then looks at Shakur for a few seconds but, doesn't say anything. "We will be going to the USJ the Unforeseen Simulation Joint for safety training."
Everyone puts on their hero gear and, makes their way on the bus to the USJ.

The class continues to talk about random non important things until Tsuyu a girl with a quirk that gives her the abilities of a frog, says something that even Shakur is curious about.
"So Midoriya your quirk is a lot like All Mights and you two seem to be close." Shakur, Shoto, and even Bakugo start listening in more to the conversation. Izuku starts sweating and fumbling over his words, but lucky for him Denki cuts in and says "But All might doesn't break his bones when he uses his quirk."
After those words the class goes back to saying random meaningless things but Shakur and Shoto looked slightly annoyed actually wanted to hear his explanation for his quirk. Few minutes later they hear "Alright shut up and exit the bus." The voice came from their home room teacher Aizawa.
As the class leaves the bus and starts to walk up the stairs to get into the USJ they notice another Hero and before said hero could speak the girl with a permanent blush said "ITS THE SPACE HERO: 13 HIS IS MY FAVORITE HERO!!" 13 looks at the class and says "Welcome class 1-A to the USJ!" as the class gets into the building they see a place filled with different landscapes.

13 begins to explain why quirks are dangerous and how they are here to be taught how to save people with their quirks but Shakur stops listening not caring. Suddenly the lights in the USJ begins flicking on and off, and them a purple portal of mist open and out from the portal walks a flood of villains.
After around a hundred or so villains walk out the portal the last three to walk out is a misty villain probably the one who made the portal, a villain with hands all over him and the last one is a Bird looking mutant thats around as big as All might himself.
