Life never was fair to begin with most definitely In a world of super powered humans, some choosing to be Villains others wanting to be Heroes, but Shakur will be The Strongest.
All Might is starring at the shirtless teen standing in the middle of the USJ. All Might jumps from the entrance and lands in front of Shakur.
"Principal Nezu wants to see you."
Shakur thinks for a bit and says "OHH that mouse thing is the principal. Sure let's go and see what he has to say."
As Shakur and All Might make it too the entrance of the USJ Shakur looks at the number one and says "You think you can keep up?"
All Might with an ever present smile says "Of course I can I wouldn't be number one if I couldn't."
"Yea ight nigga try and keep up."
Shakur says this and blasts off towards the school. All Might looks in shock at the speed and boosts up to 70% and passes Shakur but the teen is literally on his heels.
When they make it to the school Shakur says "Good race number one." All Might just stares at the boy for a while thinking 'Even though I passed him I still had to boost up to 70% to even do so... how would I fair against that form of his.'
The two power houses make their way inside the building into the principals office to see the Principal of UA.
"Oh All Might and Mr. Davis thank you for meeting me so urgently."
All Might and Shakur sits down and Nezu continues his talking "It's a few matters I'd like to discuss with you Mr. Davis but to start with what exactly is your quirk. I can tell from what we have on record this is not everything your quirk is capable of. Especially that form of yours."
Nezu and All Might stare at Shakur as he gives a small smile "Well i personally call my quirk Divine. As you know I can adapt to any and all phenomena and heal from just about anything."
Nezu and All Might nod at the already known information "My quirk also gives me a passive increase in every physical ability not only that but it also gives me access to this energy that I call cursed energy because it runs off negative emotions."
Nezu and All Might are more surprised by the boys quirk even more definitely now that they know of this cursed energy wondering what it is capable of.
"The last aspect of my quirk is my transformation Mahoraga or as I like to call it Big Raga. When I transform my adaptability increases drastically in speed and gives my body the ability to morph my size to help me fight if needed."
All Might and Nezu are shocked to hear what Shakur could be truly capable of. The power he possesses could have the possibility of literally rag doling All Might himself.
"Well that is... a surprising development. The second issue on hand is the USJ incident. The teachers were sent to call parents and tell them what happened but, when you came around we found nothing about parents?"
Shakur looked down at the reminder of his parents but looked up and said "My parents are both dead. They were killed by a man in a suit talking about he wanted my quirk. This was before I fully had a grasp on it and didn't even know what Big Raga was so I stood no chance I had to just escape."
All Might asked when did this happen after Shakur tells him the date All Might shoots from his chair about to walk out the room but was stopped by the voice of Nezu.
"Now All Might you are not in the proper condition to try and..."
"Nezu.. I have to find him not just for my master but, for the world. I CANT JUST LET THAT MAN ROAM FREE!!"
"AYE BRO CAN YOU NIGGAS TELL ME WHO HE IS I NEED MY ONES WIT HIM!"
All Might looks at Shakur and His boss and sighs then takes a seat.
The three sit together and Nezu says "Well allow me to explain who exactly is All for One."
