"What's wrong?" Lilly asks.
"We need to go to the hospital. I am in serious pain." Chase says.
"Okay baby." Lilly replies.
She got up and got dressed. Once she was ready she helped Chase up and helped him get dressed. They get into the car and Lilly drives them to the ER. They check Chase in and get him settled into a room. They got a IV in and gave him some pain medicine. They also put some ice on his back and his shoulder. They took Chase for xrays.

Chase was resting comfortably against Rose when the doctor comes in. He put his X rays on the screen.
"Hate to be the bearer of bad news but the reason why you are in so much pain is because you broke two vertebra in your lower back and you dislocated your shoulder." The doctor says.
"Oh my god. I knew those sprint cars were evil and no good." Lilly says.
"How bad is it?" Chase asks.
" Bad enough, not bad enough for surgery right now but you will be in a brace for a bit and out commission for 4 to 6 weeks." The doctor says.
"Son of a bitch." Chase says slamming his fist down on the table.
That was a bad idea as pain shot up his back and shoulder.
"Hey baby it is okay. We will get through this." Lilly says taking his hand in hers.
