This part is told from Luana's p.o.v

"Why would you make her use forbidden magic." I shouted at her, releasing all my anger in one sentence. "I thought she could handle, it looks like earth weakened her. "Are you serious. Your a horrible sister, forbidden magic consumes you the more you use it, and your just letting her use it. It's because your a coward." I yelled. Nova's eyes widened with shock,  as though she had never been talked to like this. "Will you stop all that arguing." Mentalya groaned. "Mentalya are you okay?" I darted towards her. She looked at me, "What was that." She asked. "I said, Mentalya are you okay?" I told her. "No after that, I swear you said something." She looked at me puzzled, and then her eyes widened. "Good your okay." Nova said coldly. "Nova, there's another Ipriconion on earth." Mentalya said as she closed her eyes. "How would you-Oh." Nova's face was filled with realization. "I'll talk to you later." Nova said blankly.

-10 minutes later, at the base-

I need to talk to Mentalya, I need to know who Mage is and what he's planning to do with her. Nova was outside talking with Caleb, that leaves Mentalya alone. I walked into her room. "Hey Luana." She said warmly. "Look Mentalya, back at the training room when you lost control." I took a deep breath. "I went inside your mind." She looked up at me in shock. "I saw Mage, who is he?" I stuttered out, I didn't want her to feel uncomfortable by my question but that seemed unavoidable. She looked around as if she was looking for somethings and than finally sighed, "Mage is an Ipriconion or used to be for that matter. He was sent to a dark realm for his crimes." she explained. "What crimes?" I asked. "Trying to murder his child." she responded. "Who was the child?" I said trying to get the most information out of her. "The child- the child. Was me." She spat out. "After Mage escaped from the realm, he destroyed our realm, and well you know the rest." she stood up. "I'm so sorry, I didn't think him of all people would be your father." I said. Almost immediately after that the room began to shake and than came to a sudden stop. "He's not my father." She yelled. "He was never there, he is nothing to me."  she said quietly. Family issues I thought. Mentalya's face shifted as if she heard what I had thought. "Ipriconions have a bond, a halo. It's stronger when it's family. But with Mage it's different, he can sense me and I can sense him, he can invade my mind, space, issues, and I can't invade his." She explained, I could sense her holding back her feelings. "Look whatever Mage thinks hes going to do, he isn't we will stop him. Together." I whispered the last bit.
