As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting long shadows across the landscape, In the midst of a grueling scenario, Dokja and his companions found themselves backed into a corner by formidable monsters. Despite their injuries and fatigue, they fought valiantly until the very end, emerging victorious against all odds. The monsters fell one by one, but not without exacting a heavy toll upon Dokja and his companions.
As they staggered back to their home, battered and bruised, Naruto was engrossed in conversation with the five-tailed beasts in his mindscape. However, the sound of their arrival snapped him out of his reverie, and he rushed to the living room to investigate.
As Naruto rushed into the living room, his heart sank at the sight before him. Dokja and his companions were sprawled across the floor, their bodies battered and bruised, some unconscious and others barely clinging to consciousness. Panic surged through him as he took in the extent of their injuries.
"What happened? Are you all alright?" Naruto's voice was filled with concern as he surveyed the scene before him.
"We've seen better days," Yoo Joonghyuk replied with a slight grumpy expression, though his face was etched with pain.
The sight that greeted him was enough to send a chill down his spine. Dokja and his companions lay sprawled across the floor, their bodies battered and broken, some barely conscious and others bleeding profusely. Naruto's heart clenched in his chest as he rushed to their side, his mind racing with concern.
Naruto's eyes widened in horror as he surveyed the scene. Seolhwa, the group's resident doctor, lay unconscious beside Jung Heewon, her normally steady hands now limp and lifeless. Dokja himself looked like a mere shadow of his former self, his pallor ashen and his body drenched in blood.
With a determined grimace, Naruto sprang into action. He summoned clones of his older self, their more mature appearance a stark contrast to his youthful visage. Together, they carefully lifted each injured member of Dokja's group and carried them to the clinic.
Naruto's heart raced as he guided the unconscious forms of Dokja and his companions into the clinic beds. With Kurama's chakra flowing through him, he began the arduous task of healing their wounds. Bandaging each injury with practiced precision, he worked tirelessly to mend their battered bodies. Memories of his solitary childhood flooded his mind as he recalled the days when he first learned the art of bandaging at a tender age.
As the last bandage was secured, Naruto breathed a weary sigh, the weight of exhaustion settling upon him. Despite his fatigue, he knew there was more to be done. With a determined spirit, he ventured to the kitchen to replenish his energy before returning to the clinic.
Gazing upon the peaceful faces of his unconscious friends, Naruto's brow furrowed with concern. Drawing upon his knowledge of sealing techniques, he gently induced a deep slumber upon them, ensuring their rest would be undisturbed.
For five days, Naruto tended to their needs with unwavering devotion. From changing bandages to monitoring their vital signs, he spared no effort in caring for them. Each passing day brought a glimmer of hope as their injuries gradually healed and their strength began to return.
On the fifth day, as the first rays of dawn filtered through the window, Dokja and his companions stirred from their prolonged sleep. Confusion clouded their expressions as they took in their surroundings, their memories fragmented and hazy.
Naruto's heart leaped with relief as he rushed to their side, his concern palpable. "Are you all right?" he asked anxiously, his eyes searching theirs for any sign of discomfort or distress.
Dokja blinked owlishly, his gaze slowly focusing on Naruto's earnest face. "Naruto? What happened?" he murmured, his voice hoarse from disuse.
"You were all hurt pretty badly and were unconscious" Naruto explained, his tone gentle yet resolute. "But I healed you guys with chakra."
After Naruto's explained about his healing methods which left Dokja and his companions in awe, gratitude shimmering in their eyes as they thanked him profusely for his selfless actions.
"Thank you, Naruto. We owe you our lives," Dokja said, his voice filled with genuine appreciation.
"Yeah, you're amazing, Naruto!" Yoosung chimed in, her eyes sparkling with admiration.
Naruto simply smiled in response, a modest blush coloring his cheeks. "It's nothing, really. I'm just glad I could help."
As Naruto disappeared into the kitchen, the scent of savory broth soon wafted through the air, tantalizing their senses.
Curiosity piqued, they eagerly accepted the broth from Naruto upon his return, surprised by its delicious flavor. With each sip, warmth spread through their bodies, revitalizing their weary souls.
"Mmm, this is amazing!" Sooyoung exclaimed, savoring the taste of the broth.
"It's like a warm hug in a bowl," Jihye added, her eyes closing in bliss.
With their spirits lifted and their hunger sated, they leaned back in their seats, basking in the comforting atmosphere of the room.
As they savored their meal, they observed Naruto's diligent efforts to clean up the kitchen, his clones buzzing around like busy bees. Despite their eagerness to lend a hand, Naruto firmly insisted they rest, his concern for their well-being evident in his eyes.
"Naruto, let us help you with the dishes," Jung Heewon offered, her expression earnest.
"Yeah, we can't just sit here and let you do all the work," Sangah chimed in, nodding in agreement.
But Naruto shook his head with a gentle smile. "It's alright, guys. You've been through a lot and you guys are still injured. Just relax and let me take care of it."
Reluctantly, they acquiesced, watching with admiration as Naruto continued his chores with unwavering determination.
Three days passed in a blur of rest and recuperation, during which Naruto found himself utterly drained from caring for Dokja and his companions. The constant use of clones had sapped his chakra reserves, leaving him feeling faint and fatigued.
With a heavy heart, he resolved to take a much-needed rest, collapsing onto the couch with a weary sigh. Night enveloped the house in a blanket of darkness, and Naruto succumbed to sleep, only to be roused from his slumber by an unexpected sight. Blinking in confusion, he found himself surrounded by the familiar forms of the tail beasts - Shukaku, Gyuki, Saiken, and Isobu.
Rubbing the sleep from his eyes, Naruto stumbled into the kitchen, where the comforting aroma of breakfast greeted him. To his surprise, he found Joonghyuk at the stove, expertly preparing a meal for the group.
Dokja and his companions were gathered around the dining table, engaged in lively conversation as they awaited their morning repast. Naruto's heart swelled with warmth at the sight of their camaraderie, a sense of belonging washing over him.
After breakfast, they donned their gear in preparation for the next scenario, Naruto eager to accompany them. Despite his exhaustion, he refused to let Dokja and his companions face danger alone, determined to stand by their side no matter the cost. With newfound resolve, they set out into the unknown, their bond stronger than ever before.
