Reed meandered after the creature, hearing its beckoning calls and cries of pain echo through the city, with the fire of tanks and bullets meshed in there. He kept his head low as he walked, not wanting to be seen over buildings, as he sniffed out the kaiju, which he smelled two.
Both were equally strange to him, as they smelled nothing alike. One smelt reptilian, similar to Gojirin, while the initial one he was after... he had no clue what.
On his walk, he found the head of that statue, and it had been tossed. He noticed that a bridge was broken in half as well, whichever one it was he didn't know. Soon, he heard the howls of the first monster or he presumed.

He stuck straight up after hearing that and weaved his head around to try and find it, before feeling his back being pelted with tank fire. He grit his teeth and winced, before bending his body almost unnaturally around to see them. It had been a while since he was shot at, and his back still was his most sensitive area to it. Soon, his focus was pulled off the humans, and back to the monster, as it charged through, still being pursued by heavy fire, one stray tank shot narrowly missed his shoulder and hit Reed in the hip. It didn't hurt, but it seemed to hurt this kaiju more.

This strange monster was thin and lanky, like a pale hairless monkey, but it wasn't a monkey, even in proportions. It had a big, broad chest and strong shoulder blades. Its arms appeared gangly, but it had dense muscles, and its hands were seemingly disproportionately big, which it used to walk on its two largest fingers. It had digitigrade hind legs, with two smaller appendages at the hip that seemed to have no purpose aside from defense if Reed had to guess. It had a flat paddle tail, that ended in three points, but its face, though humanish, was still odd.
With big, black eyes, a squished-in nose, and a mouth that was hard to tell if he had an overbite or an underbite, with a short combed back hair that covered his neck with no ears, this was alien to everyone. Reed noticed another interesting detail, under his armpit seemed to be holes, either for breathing or something else.
Before he could chase this fleeing alien, he felt something biting and climbing up his legs. He looked down to see white dots coming up them, some stopping to bite him at times. He recognized parasites when he saw them and charged his atomic breath, feeling the heat fill his chest and run up his spine to his mouth.
The humans from before, and any near the area fled, they knew immediately what that was, and wanted out of the blast zone. The bright flash of white came with a boom, like thunder, with everything caught directly being incinerated and anything in the vicinity that was metal began warping from the heat. Reed stopped after a few seconds, the ticks incinerated and he was free to continue chasing the creature.

Gojirin stepped onto the coast, her face bold with irritation, and anger echoing as she marched in. She didn't care about the two kaiju she sensed, only dragging Reed's ass home and recovering her energy and healing her wounds, which if it wasn't for him she'd already be doing.
One of the two kaiju climbed along the buildings, stalking Gojirin from the rooftops like a jaguar. She was initially hunting down the kaiju Reed was perusing, as it had made a mess of a few whales and an oil rig since Jinshin's awakening, but her pursuit of the intruder to her territory came when Reed showed up by Lady Liberty. Another thing was her smaller size, she was below Gojirin's chest in height; being 68.61 meters tall., but had the potential to become bigger.
So far, Gojirin seemed unaware of her, so, taking the chance the end this swiftly, she pounced, ready to attempt to decapitate her prey, only for Gojirin to stick up her arm and catch the kaiju by the throat. Turning her head slowly, she snarled, not in the mood, while her capture squirmed and seemed nervous.
