Iwazumi told Ushijima to drive to a hospital. As they made their way into the hospital Iwazumi went up to the receptionist and asked "Which room is Miya Osamu in." The receptionist replied with "Uhm, Sir, do you have a reason of going into that room?" "Yes, that room belongs to my- boyfriend's brother! 💭Shit! Why did I have to say that!" After Hajime said that, Daichi, Kuroo and Ushijima have him a confused look. "Uh well, I guess you can go into the room.." The worker said "Thank you" Iwaizumi responded.

As they made it to Osamu's room, they found lots of gifts, cards etc, they were a bit confused but they soon realized that it was probably Atsumu who bought it for him. "Search the room for clues about this 'Atsumu Miya'" they all nodded. They were checking for vlues everywhere, until Daichi found a letter, hidden beneath Osamu's pillow. "Hey guys, check out what I found" As Daichi said that, they all went up to him and Iwazumi grabbed the letter out of his hand and started reading it.

-Dear Osamu Miya
Hey Samu, It's me, Atsu, by the time ya wake up, I might already be gone, so I'm writing this letter to let ya know that I either succeeded in taking down the Iwaizumi family or perished in the process. And when ya wake up, and I'm not there anymore, ya can live in my apartment in *****. I hope yer well,
