Emily's POV
So today it is Friday, July 3rd and I am leaving on Sunday to go back to college for a masters degree in science. It has been a sad week honestly because I really hate to leave Alison and the kids. Alison is saddened by this as well but I know she is trying her best to stay strong because she really wants to support and encourage me to do well and pass college. If I manage to get my masters, I think I would really like to teach the high school level. High school is full of many people from what you call your "Cliques." I would love to teach at Cape May but Alison, the kids, and I may have to move if I cannot find a teaching job there. Alison has started talking about what she dreams of doing and honestly...I hope she does do it. Alison told me she has always dreamed about being a singer and I think she should do it. There is American Idol (Last season ever), X-Factor USA, and other shows as well. I have heard her sing, and I think she has the talent to make it. So anyway, focusing on today itself, I have packed my things for college and have bought the airplane ticket to California, where I will be going to college at. There would be no way of driving to California because orientation is on Monday at 8 a.m., I am leaving on Sunday, and driving takes like 45 hours to drive there from Cape May, NJ so I just bought a flight and it will only take five and a half hours. Since it is July third, I am going to go out and buy lots of fireworks. I always buy like six of those huge packs of fireworks and use them all on fourth of July to represent my dad in the National Guard.

Emily: Gavin!? Ali?! *Soon Gavin comes running down the stairs and Alison walks down the stairs carrying a fussy Celeste on her hip*
Alison: Yes babe?
Gavin: Babbeee
Emily: Gavin, only mommy can call me babe, you call me monkey. And I am going to go out and buy some fireworks.
Alison: Please don't buy the ones that got us in trouble last time. Remember you bought the ones that shoot high in the sky. Yes, they are very very pretty to watch but apparently we needed a permit to do those ones.
Emily: I promise. Party pooper *Emily says mumbling*
Alison: I heard that. Maybe you would like to take Celeste with you? She has been fussy and nothing I do is helping so maybe she needs a nice ride with mama Emmy.
Emily: Sure that's fine by me. Does she have the car seat in my car or is it in your's now?
Alison: Still in yours babe.
*Emily takes Celeste resting her on her hip and kisses Ali then Gavin*
Emily: Ok you two, play nice. I will see you in about an hour.
Alison and Gavin: Ok bye!! We love you!

Alison's POV
Today is the Fourth of July! Em invited over her best friends Spencer, Aria, and her parents and I invited over Hanna for a barbecue and the fireworks show. Emily always went huge on this day because it is American Independence and her father is the National Guard so it is a very important thing to celebrate because even when he cannot be here to celebrate this day, we are giving a dedication and a big thank you to everyone who works in the National Guard, the Army, the Navy, Military,  everything to those who serve our country and protect us from harm. Celeste takes a nap and I decided to take a small one on the couch but just as I closed my eyes the doorbell went off. I slowly make my way to the door and look through the peep hole. I see two brown haired girls. One of them was short and was was around my height. Omg, they must be Spencer and Aria! Of course! How could I not have known. I quickly open the door realizing who they are and I must have had a funny look on my face when I came into realization because the started to giggle.

Alison: You two  must be Aria and Spencer?
Spencer: Yes you got that right! Good job. Is Em here? You knew we were coming right?
Alison: Yes I did. I will have another guest here as well. And Em's parents are supposed to be coming as well.
Spencer: Oh really? And who is the friend?
Alison: Yes they should be here soon and Hanna, Hanna Marin.
Spencer: Hanna..Hanna Marin.. I feel like I know her. Does she look like you?
Alison: In a way, yes.
Spencer: I think I have met her.
Alison: Great! Have you met my kids as well?
Spencer: You have kids?
Alison: Long story...but yes I have two. Gavin! Emily bring down Celeste!
*Soon Gavin comes running down the stairs and Emily rushes down the stairs with Celeste at her hip*
Spencer: OMG EMILY!
Emily: SPENCER!!!!! Omg!
*Spencer and Emily hug tight after Ali takes Celeste so she doesn't get hurt*
Spencer: So great to see you!
Emily: As to you girl!
Aria: Oh and not me?
Emily: ARIA!!! *She hugs Aria tight now as well*
*After a couple of hours, Emily's parents Wayne and Pam come over along with Hanna and we have the barbecue right before the fireworks*

_________________The fireworks show_________________________
Gavin: Emmy! Light them up! Please!
*Emily lights one and it goes for 10 minutes and everyone is wowed. Everyone besides Celeste gets to light one set of fireworks and then Emily, Alison, Celeste, Gavin, Spencer, Aria, Hanna, Pam, and Wayne watch the ones up in the sky that the Cape May university will shoot off. Everything goes well until... the last firework is shot into the air...and forms an...A.

Alison: No. NO this has to be wrong!
Emily: S..Ali...How? I thought We..got rid of this problem.
Spencer: I am not accepting this.
Aria: Maybe someone was just shooting the fireworks and that's what it formed.
Emily: I don't even know. Lets just go inside and be safe.

*everyone then hurries into the house and cuddles one another till they all fall asleep*
