The Three Symbols

Act.1 ch.2

*After some time Tyler was in a hospital near the phoenix valley. Slowly a voice rings in his mind saying.*

???: You've been chosen. Now arise warrior!

Tyler: *Slowly opening his right eye. He can't seem to open his left eye at all.* Mmmhhh... *He looks at his surroundings.* Huh? *Sitting up from the bed he's in, he can hardly feel some parts of his body. But he still remembers what had happened.* How? Where am I?

???: In the hospital, son.

*The one in front of Tyler was his father, he looked like he hadn't slept and had a serious look on his face, even so he hugs his son, which makes Tyler a little embarrassed.*

Tyler: Dad? How's. *He starts to realize that he lost his left arm and right leg.* Oh god... I'm sorry.

Karl: *Stop hugging and talk in a more serious tone.* You almost died son, what were you thinking, going to the forest like that, putting yourself at risk, if those creatures hadn't died you would have.

Tyler: The creatures died.... how.I'm sorry dad. *Having a guilty look.* I just thought I couldn't... I don't know find the Symbols.

Karl: Son, I even understand that you want to find your place in the world. But you don't need to find one of the symbols for this. I'm proud of you being just yourself, ok?

Tyler: But I want to be more like you. And I can't without karma. So I thought they could help with that.

Karl: Son I don't want you to be like me, I just want you to be you.... you've been in the hospital for a week just trying that.

Tyler: Really for that long? Dang. Well I think I'm ready to go, cause to be honest. I don't really feel any kind of pain.

Karl: Only after the doctor discharges you, and well, your friends and teacher are outside and they want to see you.

*After saying that, the door opens and his friends come and crush him in a hug while crying.*

Tyler: Ooof! Was wondering if y'all are alright.

Zeke: *crying.* Of course we would be here you dumbass, we almost lost you.

Skye: *crying.* What were you thinking attracting them to you!?

Tyler: 😅 sorry...

Sam: At least you're okay.. like almost ok

Bart: Professor Victor found us in the forest after Chloe got a signal on her phone to call him.

Chloe: Speaking of him, he's outside waiting to talk to you here alone.

Tyler: *sigh.* Gonna give me some kind of lecture.

Zeke: 100% sure. Ya did something dumb after all.

Tyler: Welp let's get it over with. Can you guys give me the room please?

Zeke: Sure thing.

Karl: Good lucky son.

*Everyone leaves, and Victor enters the room with something in his hands, a type of emerald color core.*

Victor: *In a serious tone.* You stole my map, You went to the forest and the worst you put yourself and your friends in danger even after my warnings about it.

Tyler: Well.... It wasn't really my intention to bring my friends at all.

*Victor just looked at him with a serious face.*

Tyler: Sorry.... 😞

Victor: Sigh- you lost an arm and a leg, and your eye. Damn. ....do you have any idea. How irresponsible were you? You lost most of your members and worse left your friends in danger.
