I close my window after that long walk home. I yawn and was about to sit on my bed and takashi came bursting in the room.
"Uhh where the heck were you? don't think I'm stupid I know that you left
The house with out my permission" he shouted at me.
"Are you mad? who are you to tell me what to do your not my dad or my brother .. Nothing so don't tell me what to do" I argued back. I looked down and I hear mei come back into my head again.
"No kiyoko watch your mouth he's your-" she stopped her self from saying what she was gonna say.
Huh why'd she stop. I look up to see takashi sad and upset. I sighed I feel bad now maybe he was just looking out for me.
"Uhh umm sorry I guess your just looking out for me" I apologised.
"Nah it's my fault sorry"he replied back unsure of what to say he looks at me, smiles and then ruffled my hair.
I watched him leave my room as I stood there in silence.
"Thank you for caring"I murmured as he was midway of closing the door.
He stood there still for a few seconds then closed the door.
"Jeez Kiyoko"she began. "Don't worry you'll find out sooner or later" me mumbled under her breath.
"Uh what the heck are you talking about mei" I asked. "Find out about what" I spoke a again.
"You'll find out Kiyoko oh my gosh" mei tried to sound less annoyed but I knew she was upset with me.
"Ok I'll wait.... But mei I only just met takashi why is he so over protective?" I asked out of curiosity.
"He has his reasons. Like I said you'll find out why...."she sighed. After a few minutes of quietness she spoke again.
"Wait why the heck are you asking me go ask takashi stupid"
"I don't really care anymore to be honest I'll wait he'll probably say you'll find out Kiyoko" I answered while mocking takashi.
"Your so childish sometimes"she sighed.
----------------TIME SKIP----------------
I look out my window and stare at the moon with a blank face.
"I wonder what I was doing before I was here" I asked my self quietly. "Did I have any friends?...What was I like?... Did I have any siblings?...... I wonder what my parents look like?" All these questions that I have ... unanswered.
I turned around with tears in my eyes and walk back to my bed only to hear foot steps behind me.
Crap I forgot to lock the window ... Again.
I turn around slowly and see Eito standing there with his head tilted to the right. I wipe my tears quickly and sat down on my bed.
"Hi" I said while sniffling.
He came towards me and sat down on the floor with his legs crossed In front of me and puts he head in his hands and gave me a blank face.
"Why are you crying"he asked. While looking at my room.
"Oh um... No reason" I lied.
He immediately looked at me "stupid" he poked my head "people don't cry like that for no reason"
"I feel stupid now"I chuckled "I don't wanna talk about it at the moment because it's just stupid.." I admitted while trying to soak up the tears.
"Kiyoko Manami" mei screamed with excitement.
I held my ears in pain as I fell back onto my bed.
"Mei" I blurted out. Great Eito must think I'm crazy now.
"Uhh umm sorry about that" I apologised.
"No it's not your fault it was kinda loud right" he answered back with his expressionless face.
"Huh what are you talking about" I asked in confusion.
He looked at me as if I was and idiot... " so you can speak to her without hesitation you must be good friends with ... Mei"
"Yep we're bffs" she agreed with out thinking how he can hear her.
"So your mei ... Hmm I wonder what you look like?" he asked coming closer to me.
"So you can hear her too" I began "you... can also hear her" I got louder with each word.
"Yeah I guess" he replied while pulling out a packet of mini marshmallows. "You want some" he offered.
"Yeah thanks" i looked at what he was wearing. It was the same uniform as that girl that I saved earlier on today.
"What school do you go to" mei asked him.
"Yokosara high school" he replied bluntly.
"You hear that kiyoko... Your going to the same school as Eito" she screamed again.
"Mei I swear if you don't stop screaming" I said angrily while covering my ears.
"Oh uhh ... Sorry" she replied.
"I have to get going" Eito said while pointing back at the window.
"Oh ok bye" i watched him walk up to the window.
"Kiyoko you can keep this" he said with his back towards me.
"Keep what" I asked confused.
He turned around and pushed the packet of marshmallows against my chest and stared at me blankly.
"I really like these but you can have them" he let go and the packet fell into my hand.
"Thanks" I replied looking down at the marshmallows.
"See you at school" he waved.
I watched as He walked towards the window getting his wings ready. after a few seconds he jumped and flew away.
I sighed and fell back into bed.
"Kiyoko" the voice in my head said softly. "I'm so glad another person can hear me"
I smiled at what she said "your happy now ain't you"
"you don't have to speak to me all the time" I added.
"Well I have to" she laughed. "But I've kinda made a new friend"
"Yeah" I said while looking at the window.
"Aww man I need to close the window" I moaned.
I got up and closed the window as I was walking back to my bed I looked at the packet of marshmallows and ate a few then put it away then a thought came to mind.
I should buy him a pack before I go to school tomorrow.
"Mei should I buy Eito a packet of mini marshmallows as a thank you or something .... No I don't know" I asked.
"That would be nice you should do that" Mei replied as I switched of the lights and got into bed.
"Ok I'll do that then" I yawned.
"The next time you open your eyes will be tomorrow and you'll have to go school" she giggled.
"...and that sucks" I replied. "Night"
"Goodnight kiyoko"
