🦤Yin's POV

"Let's be clear, I'm not pressuring you okay. You can keep your last name. I was just... taken in the moment but... I honestly don't care."

He chuckles quietly since Belle is sleeping between us.

"I do." He whispers and looks down at her, his chin right on top of Belle's head. "And Belle does to. She looked so happy earlier." He smiles lovingly.

He reaches out and brushes off what might be sand on the side of my head.

I hand on his hand before he can retract it.

Turning it over to place a kiss on it before I put it back to my cheek. Feeling that warm, strong hands. He looks sincere. He does. But there's this voice at the very back of my head saying that this is too easy. Why is it too easy.

Or was it supposed to be easy?

Am I just being paranoid from the recent turn of events?

"Sleep. It's late" he whispers and I slowly closed my eyes, finally ending such a beautiful day.

*

I woke up even before the sunrise.

Slowly getting out of the tent, I went to the car and started to clean up our things. Wet clothes put back in the waterproof bags, cleaned up our things so we can move earlier.

I picked up any trash and got the thermos to boil water and unpacked two bowls of quick cook rice porridge.

After preparing for the meal, the sun is peaking on the horizon and I woke them up. I know Belle would want to see the sunrise.

"Daddy" she groans, pushing my hand away.

I chuckle at her resistance to wake up.

"Let her sleep, Daddy. Let's watch the sunrise just the two of us." War said in a husky, just-woke-up voice.

That got her.

Her eyes immediately shot open and then she stretched out her sleepiness.

"I wanna watch the sunrise too." She groans.

"Let's go then. I have your hot choco and porridge outside." I told her and she lethargically got out of the tent and we sat on the low chairs as we watch the sunrise with our bowls of porridge in hand. I drank my black coffee.

"Ahhh" War says feeding me a spoonful of warm porridge.

I chuckle as I ate it.

"So pretty, daddy." Belle says as we look out into the early morning sun.

"It is, isn't it?" I said as I look at War and he responded with a roll of his eyes, making me laugh at his silliness. "The prettiest." I added and he blushes as he shake his head.

"Dork" he says as he feeds me another spoonful of porridge.

We spent the next 10 minutes waiting for the sun to fully rise and finish our light breakfast.

Belle begged for another couple of hours of swim time as we cleaned up everything. Took down the tent, made sure we left no trash, packed, and put the things in the back of the car.

As we closed the back, Belle still is playing on the waters so we went to the side of the car where I boosted him up so he sits on the side and he pulls me in an embrace. Wrapping me in his arms and both his legs too.

"You like that much?" I tease him.

"I liked you so much, I asked you to marry be twice." He says proudly. "Well.. I apparently, intended to before... so I'm counting that as 1st proposal." He says with a shrug. He's clearly enjoying this.
