Marry me ~ Chapter VIII ~

~ Y/n POV ~

Y/n was writing in her diary. It's been three months since she was kidnapped and two months since Leon and I broke up, but I am with Jake, and he's with Ashley. We are friends, but I can tell Jake doesn't like that, and I had a sex dream about Leon again tonight. I wish they would go away, I wrote. I closed my door and saw Jake just walking into my apartment. It made me mad for some reason.

"JAKE! Why did you do that?" Y/n said, clearly pissed off. "What? You're my girlfriend, and I should be able to come in whenever I want." Y/n rolled her eyes, and then Y/n put her diary away. "It makes me feel uncomfortable." Jake walked over and put a coffee and donut in her hands. "I got you food and coffee. You should be happy." Y/n put the coffee and a donut down, and Y/n felt like she had to throw up her trash.

"Are you OK?" Jake asked, rubbing her back. Y/n smiled and hugged Jake. I am fine. I have to go to work." Y/n got dressed and then went to work with Jake. They walked in, and Y/n kissed Jake. Then, she went to the medical room.

Later that day, Y/n was walking out of the medical room, and she walked by Claire, Ashley, Leon, Luis, and Jake. "Hey guy, what up?" Claire smiled and looked at Y/n. "Y/n, you should come out with us." Y/n smiled. "I would love to." Y/n looked at Jake." Do you want to go with me?"Jake rolled his eyes, garbing Y/n's arm and pulling her to a different room as the group listened through the wall. "Y/n, you shouldn't go out tonight; just stay in with me." Y/n took a step back. "I don't want to. I have to stay inside for two weeks. I want to go out with my friend,"  Jake took a deep breath. "Friends, you got to be joking, Y/n. They are not your friends. They hate you." Y/n started to cry, and she opened the door. "Then don't come if you'll be like that." Y/n walked out, wiping her eyes, and she walked up to Claire, hugging her. As Claire put her arms around her, Leon looked over at Y/n. Then, when Jake walked out of the room and just walked outside and left. 

~ At the Bar ~

Y/n and the group got to a table, sat down, and drank, and then a song came on. Luis got up and walked over to Y/n. "Senorita, we should go dancing." Y/n looked up at him and smiled, garbing his hand. "OK, but Luis, I am not going home with you." Luis laughed as Y/n got up and walked over to the dance floor.

~ Leon POV ~

Leon was sitting at the table with his arm over Ashely's shoulder, drinking his favorite whiskey; he watched Y/n dance with Luis. Leon knew it was nothing romantic, just friends dancing, but something about it started to make him jealous; it was just that Luis, a friend of Y/n, could dance with her, and Leon missed and wished he could touch her soft skin and dance the night away. He thought about how her touch felt on his skin and how she said his name so beautifully. 

Even though Ashley was so sweet and caring, he loved her, but he thought about how she had never made him feel the same way Y/n did watch Y/n dance. He just thought about how he missed being Y/n's boyfriend and realized he messed that up, but then thought maybe hopeful Jake would treat her how she deserves. "Leon?" Leon snaps back with Ashley, grabbing him and trying to get his attention. "Hey, Ash, are you OK? Do you want any food or a drink?" Ashley just shook her head. "No, I just saw you were watching Y/n so intently. I want to see if you're OK?" Ashley looked at him like she could read him like a book. "Sorry, I just spaced out."  Ashely grabbed onto his arm. "we should go dance, tho," Leon smiled, getting up with Ashley as they went to the dance floor dancing. He was not one for dancing, but he knew Ashely wouldn't let him say no. 

~ Y/n POV ~ 

Y/n stopped dancing, went to the bar to get another drink, and looked at her phone. The first time she was brought to the bar, she got many texts from Jake saying how sorry he was. Claire walked up to Y/n, grabbing her phone. "Y/n, I told you no phones." Y/n looked over at Claire. "I know, but he said that he was sorry." Claire rolled her eyes. "Do you believe him?" Y/n. "I do. " Claire gave Y/n her phone.  "OK, I hope he is. "
