It's late when Sam startles awake, leaning against her younger sister's hospital bed. She sits up to find Richie in the chair across from them, watching a movie on his phone.

"Hey," He greets, "You okay?"

"Yeah," She replies, "Just a bad dream. What are you watching?"

"Oh, uh, Stab is on Netflix," Richie replies. Sam looks at him, questioning his choice with her silence, "What? I want to be prepared."

She ignores him, "I got to go find something to eat."

"Yeah, okay," He replies. She leaves the room and goes into a small break room. She stands in front of a sink, with a mirror on the wall above. She takes out some anti-psychotic pills and takes them with the help of some sink water. When she comes back up, she sees Billy Loomis, the reason she is on anti-psychotics. He was one of the original Woodsboro killers, along with Stu Macher. Additionally, he is Sam's father, although only Sam knows that.

"How you doing, Sam?" He asks, bloodied and charming, just how he was when he was alive. She shakes her head, knowing he's dead and this is all a hallucination, "Mmm. Anti-psychotics aren't working as well as they used to, are they?"

"Fuck you," She says to the mirror.

"You can't run from who you are, Sam," He says, "I'm just trying to help."

She shakes her head in disagreement.

"Hey, when are you gonna tell her why all this is happening?" Billy asks. Sam looks at him through the mirror. Before she can answer, her cell phone rings. She pulls out her phone to an unknown number, although it suggests that it is Tara's girlfriend, Amber Freeman. Assuming that's who it is, she picks it up.

"Hello," She sighs.

"Hello, Samantha," Ghostface says. She checks the number with furrowed eyebrows.

"Who is this?" Sam asks.

"Someone who knows your little family secret," Ghostface answers.

"You're the fuck who hurt my sister?" She questions.

"Oh, she's not the only one I'm gonna hurt," Ghostface tauntingly replies, "I had to get you to come back here somehow, didn't I?"

"You want to fuck with me, asshole?" She threatens, "I'm right here. Come and get me."

"With pleasure." The door to the break room slams open behind Sam, who quickly turns to find someone in the Ghostface mask and costume, a knife in hand. She quickly ducks as Ghostface swings the knife at her. It misses her and instead stabs one of the bulletin boards on the wall.

As she stands up, Ghostface backhands her, sending Sam back to the floor. Ghostface then rips their knife out of the wall as Sam uses a chair as a shield. Ghostface swings the knife and hits the metal of the chair more than once. Sam then kicks the chair back onto Ghostface, sending the killer to the tile. Sam then scrambles to her feet, "Help!"

Sam and Ghostface circle one of the tables, the killer trying to slice her. After trying to round the table, Sam resorts to pushing the table across the tile to push Ghostface over to the ground. She then uses this chance to escape, "Help! Help!"

She leaves the break room and begins running down the hall to find the deputy assigned to protect Tara's room, "Somebody help me! He's trying to kill me!"

She rounds the corner of the hallway and runs into Deputy Vinson, who's been assigned to guard Tara's room, "What's going on? What's going on? You're okay."

"Somebody tried to kill me in the break room!" Sam exclaims, hysterical from the adrenaline. Deputy Vinson wastes no time as he draws his gun and makes for the break room. He enters from the back and searches the room. The table is pushed across the room and chairs tipped over as evidence of a struggle.
