It's been a couple of days since the shooting
Dougie was fine and left the hospital yesterday but someone died on the day of the shooting
I haven't really been myself because that easily could of been any of my brothers who died that day or even Kay
I was taken to the police station for questioning and it was the most scariest experience ever. I spent 24 being questioned before they let me go
"Can we go to the bathroom?" Matilk said picking up her bag
Everyone else went back to their normal life like there's wasn't a shooting and we almost died because of me. I been doubting me and Kay relationship
I felt like I wasn't good enough for him and bringing him problems
"Sure just go to the library till first period" Mr.Bill said giving us a small smile
Everyone in this school knew about the shooting because it was trending online even the teachers heard about it.
I looked like the problematic black girl which I hated
"Serena you can go as well" he said walking back to his chair
We left the classroom in silence going to the library
"Are you okay?"I said to Serena taking a seat at the round table
"Yeah are you? I mean your the one who's acting different" Serena said sitting next to me
"I am just tired" I said lying
We all just sat in silence enjoying each-other company not knowing what to say to each other
I unblocked my phone and went on instagram liking posts
