Kirby: Escape from the Mirror World!

Kirby held Shadow Kirby's hand tightly as he ran through the new, unfamiliar area. "Shadow, do you know this place?" He asked excitedly.

They entered a place with a steep cliff and a wilted tree. Shadow Kirby looked around nervously. He walked toward the wilted tree and examined it carefully, feeling the bark and looking at the shape.  

"I..." He stammered. "I accidentally fell off this cliff... Then I don't remember... I think I then blacked out. When I woke up, I found you guys, so I think I got transported to Dream Land. So, the exit to Dream Land must be down there!" Shadow Kirby exclaimed.

Kirby gulped. "How do we even go down?" He looked down nervously. "Easier said than done! I don't think I can hold my breath for such a long time to hover down. I know, Meta Knight and Daroach can fly, but we can't hover for that long, can you?"

Shadow Kirby shook his head disappointingly. "Yeah, you're probably right. But we don't have any other way to get outta here!" He said impatiently. "I don't want to spend weeks looking for another exit! I'm starving! We haven't ate for three whole hours!"

"I'm hungry too! When we go to Dream Land, I'll have some curry! Also, pork and beef stew! Mmmm, spaghetti..."

"Wooo! Don't forget fried rice, noodles, hamburgers, chicken soup, and steak! Chef Kawasaki's steak is the best! Also, Chef Kawasaki's specialty pizza!"

"Hey! It's not the time for that! And when we go back to Dream Land, we have to defeat Dark Meta Knight!" Daroach yelled.

"Ohh... Oh yeah! Shadow Kirby, don't stray from topic. Jeez, you sure are a glutton!" Kirby said, blaming Shadow Kirby.

"Hey! I'm the mirror version of you! If I'm gluttonous, then it was reflected from you" Shadow Kirby said.

"Stop squabbling, you guys. We haven't even got out yet, and now you're planning what to do weeks later." Meta Knight said, annoyed.

Meta Knight quickly flicks his blue cape, the Dimensional Cape, and it magically turns into a pair of black, bat-like wings.

Daroach, well... He can just float in the air pretty easily by just jumping up into the air, without using any kind of tools or equipment.

Meta Knight thought for a while. He nodded slightly as if thinking of an idea. "Maybe we should carry the two and fly down." He thought aloud.

"But we'll be vulnerable!" Daroach pointed out. "If we get attacked by Dark Meta Knight's gang of clones we'll certainly drop the Kirbys!"

"We have no choice but to do that. In that case, we will defend ourselves and fly down slowly and carefully." Meta Knight replied calmly.

Daroach opened his mouth to speak, but nothing came out. That was the only and best way to go back to Dream Land. He decided to go with the idea.

The group slowly and steadily started going down the cliff.

After a while, Meta Knight and Daroach began to grow tired. They started to fly slower and could be attacked and easily get defeated. Kirby and Shadow Kirby started climbing down themselves to let them take a break.

"Aaahhh...! I'm ssooo ttiirred! I can't move! I want to eeaaattt! I have to rest!" Kirby wailed loudly, like an infant.

"Ohh... Fine! We'll take a break on that weird rock that is jagging out of that ledge over there then." Daroach said.

The group sat down on the rock. They lit a fire and quickly took out the food that they had found earlier. Kirby took a big bite out of an apple.

"Ahh, I feel full now!" Shadow Kirby said, satisfied. He patted his belly and sighed softly. "I wonder what's down there..." He thought aloud.

Kirby jumped up. "I'm ready! Let's go!!!!" He shouted energetically.

Meta Knight stood up and started to flap his wings.

They flew down quickly and swiftly. Soon, they almost reached the bottom.

They saw a beautiful golden mirror decorated with stars, wings, with a small white crown on the top. It was very pretty.

"This is the Dimension Mirror that grants wishes! Shadow Kirby must have wished to escape, so the mirror sucked him in!"

"Yes... I did say 'help me'..." He said.

"So, that is the exit!" Kirby exclaimed.

Shadow Kirby nodded. "Let's take the mirror!"

Suddenly, a dark shadow appeared out of nowhere. It was Dark Meta Knight! But where was his gang of mirror clones?

"This will be the end..." Dark Meta Knight murmured. His expression was unknown behind his metal mask, but his sharp eyes were cold and frightening.

Kirby shuddered.

Dark Meta Knight lunged at the group with his sword ready.
