"We're together!" Renjun announced, cheeks pink as he clasped one of Jaemin's hands and one Jeno's hands tightly.

They were currently all gathered in Jeno's bedroom at the request of Renjun and the promise of big news.

"Congratulations" Chenle replied dryly "Do you want us to throw a party? Do you want us to call Frankie Grande?"

"Chenle!" Jisung gasped between his laughter "Be nice"

"You're fucking rude, Chenle" Jaemin grumbled, leaning onto Renjun's shoulder.

"What?!" the younger raised his hands in defense "Literally everyone already worked out you were together! Why should I have to act surprised?!"

"I'm with Chenle on this" Donghyuck chuckled from his seat next to Mark, who was the only one that seemed surprised at the trio's news "We literally all knew"

"I didn't know" Mark blinked at his boyfriend.

"Yeah, because you're fucking stupid"

"Congratulations, guys!" Jisung quickly wrapped his long arms around Renjun, Jeno and Jaemin before Mark and Donghyuck could start arguing "I'm happy for you"

"At least someone is" Renjun huffed but pinched Jisung's cheek all the same "Thank you, Ji"

"You're such a suck up, Jisung" Chenle cackled, prodding at the youngers side. Jisung let it slide, he always did when it came to his best friend.

"You two better get a move on" Jeno laughed a little, waving his finger inbetween Chenle and Jisung "Unless you wanna die alone"

"Oh, be quiet Jeno" the youngest Chinese waved his hand dismissively "We'll be fine. Right, Ji?"

"Right..." Jisung replied uncertainly. He was already picturing himself old and withering and lonely in a big dusty house.

"Well that sounded convincing" Jaemin mumbled before Renjun shut him up with a sharp pinch.

"They'll be fine" Mark reiterated for them "They've got plenty of time to settle down"

"Yeah, not everyone takes the first chance they get like you desperate losers" Chenle sticks his tongue out at Jeno.

Jeno begins to chase Chenle around the room and Mark is pleading at them to stop while Donghyuck and Jaemin hoot encouragement, adding fuel to the fire as always. Amongst the ruckus, Renjun sighs softly.

Eventually, Jaemin has mercy on Chenle and saves him from Jeno then Chenle flops down beside Jisung once again, worn out. He's panting slightly, cheeks pink with exertion but his smile hadn't slipped yet.

"Stop worrying" he poked Jisung's cheek, always being able to read the younger like a book "Like I said, you'll be fine"

Jisung hums noncommittally so Chenle pokes him again and doesn't stop until the younger is grinning back at him.

"There we go" he laughs and Jisung can't help but laugh too.
