KIRI didn't say a word as she drove, and Yujin didn't even want to know what happened inside the building. He was sure that she did something bad, and his heart was beating faster the more he looked at her. Although this time, it wasn't because he was smitten with her, it was because he was afraid.
She had a wide smile on her face, and her cheeks were red, sending a shiver down his spine. Yujin bit his bottom lip and glanced at her, with his lip quivering and his body running cold. It felt as if she was in some kind of adrenaline rush, which made Yujin creeped out a lot because it's creepy sitting next to a maniac. He wondered why he even fell for her in the first place. Although, he doesn't regret it. Not at all. He remembered how he would keep himself locked in his room just so he could imagine fake scenarios of him and the woman. And there'd also be times when he would just stay behind that tree all day waiting for her to go out so he could see her.
He wanted to know every little thing about her to the point that he was just uninterested and uncomfortable with anybody else in his life, and that was so unhealthy.
He began to stay inside the four walls of his room, just keeping her piece of clothing that he stole close to him. He felt uneasy just by the thought of any other girl feeling some type of romantic or sexual way towards him because he was, and still is one hundred percent, all for the woman that sat beside him.
By the time when it was almost evening, Yujin was fast asleep in his seat, leaning the side of his head against the window. Kiri pulled her car in front of a bar and finally looked at Yujin, who seemed to have some drool peeking out of his lips as he slept peacefully in the car.
Letting out a sigh from her lips, that's when she opened her door, making Yujin wake up. He quickly wiped the drool and looked at the beautiful woman who glanced back at him, "Do you wanna come?"
His lazy eyes slightly opened successfully, and he glanced at the bar. He wasn't the type to drink or get high but since she had asked him so nicely, he nodded. "But... how am I gonna walk..?"
Kiri lets out a content sigh, opening the door for him, "I got you crutches when you were sleeping," his eyes landed on the crutches that she was talking about, and he immediately felt warm inside.
Yujin's arms found their way to the door and he tried to stand up, his hands grabbing the crutches as he successfully stood up. Wondering why she even wanted to take him with her in the first place, he closed the door behind him, standing with the help of them.
"Are you... on your job or something...?" Kiri laughed at how afraid and shy he was being, shaking her head slightly as she locked her car, walking towards the bar's classic wooden door. He followed her behind, taking slow steps, still not being used to walking with crutches.
"Is that a no...?" He murmured to himself, not realizing she heard him quite clearly.
"Why, are you afraid?" Her voice filled his ears as she opened the door.
"It's just... I'm not used to guns..." he emphasized the word "guns" as he also followed her in, the sound of people laughing and chattering reached his ears, and the smell of alcohol finding its way to his nose. He was a bit disgusted, as it made him feel nauseous already. But he wanted to be brave. He didn't want to seem like a weak, timid person because she was way opposite.
Reaching a secluded area of the bar, she sits him down and walked off to order a drink. He couldn't quite figure out what to do but stare at her as she talks to the bartender, talking to him. It doesn't feel right - Yujin wants her all for himself, but why is she there? It's so far away. He could see her talking on her phone as the bartender checks her out. He's looking at her, and Yujin couldn't even do anything about it. It's as if someone's stabbing his heart but he couldn't do anything about it.
