Seonghwa brought the car to a slow stop in the parking lot, and the engine hummed to a halt. Hongjoong felt an uneasy tension in the air as Seonghwa remained motionless, staring down at the steering wheel. In the silence, Hongjoong began to study Seonghwa. The moonlight reflected off his silver hair, and his eyes seemed to hold the entire night sky within them, but they were tinged with sadness. As his gaze directed towards Seonghwa's ears he couldn't help but notice the multiple earrings that adorned his ears, glinting in the moonlight. His gaze then traveled further down to the deep V-neck of Seonghwa's shirt, which exposed his collarbone and the older smooth skin.

Looking back at Seonghwa's face, he saw that the older was lost in thought, and Hongjoong couldn't help but wonder what was on his mind. Was he second-guessing his decisions, or was something else bothering him? However, he pushed the thought away as Seonghwa turned his head toward him and spoke, "Let's go. We should at least get some work done today."

"Ehh, okay," Hongjoong replied hesitantly, feeling his cheeks grow hot. He hoped Seonghwa didn't catch him staring.

As Seonghwa entered the house, Hongjoong followed him into the kitchen, feeling quite awkward around the older man. He didn't know how to act, especially since Seonghwa seemed to be trying to be nice to him, despite his intimidating appearance with visible tattoos.

"You haven't eaten dinner yet, right? You hungry?"

"I'm not hungry," Hongjoong said waving it off. He didn't want any food that was made by Seonghwa. He didn't trust the older one bit, but the older one heard Hongjoong stomach rumble and said "I'm making us dinner, you can go to my room upstairs the second door on the left."

Hongjoong wanted to protest, but Seonghwa had already begun gathering the necessary ingredients from the cabinets and started chopping vegetables. Not wanting to make things awkward, Hongjoong decided to follow Seonghwa's instructions.

As Hongjoong stepped into Seonghwa's room, he immediately noticed the impeccable tidiness of the space. The floor was spotless, and there wasn't a single item out of place. The walls were painted a soothing shade of cream, which made the room feel cozy and inviting. Seonghwa's king-size bed was neatly made, with fluffy pillows and a soft comforter. On one side of the room, there was a large glass cabinet, which was filled to the brim with various Lego sets. The cabinet was meticulously organized, with each set carefully arranged and displayed. Despite the lack of bright colors and decorations, the room had a serene and calming atmosphere. The spacious closet, which was neatly organized with Seonghwa's clothes, completed the overall neat and orderly feel of the room. In contrast to Hongjoong's colorful and over-decorated room, Seonghwa's space exuded a sense of warmth and comfort.

As Hongjoong was about to sit on Seonghwa's desk, he heard a soft meowing sound coming from the room. His eyes scanned the room, and they landed on a stunning black cat with green, glistening eyes. The cat slowly approached Hongjoong, its fur shining under the light coming from the chandelier. Without hesitation, Hongjoong picked up the cute cat, feeling its warmth and softness. He sat down at the desk with the cat on his lap, admiring its beauty as its purrs filled the room.

For a while, Hongjoong had been patiently waiting for Seonghwa to return. He had been in the kitchen for what felt like an eternity, so Hongjoong decided to check on Seonghwa as he was getting more hungry every second. He hopped off the chair with the cat still in his arms and made his way down the stairs to the kitchen.

The cat meowing made Seonghwa look behind him, only to find Hongjoong holding the cat making his way inside the kitchen. "So you've found Hunter huh," Seonghwa said looking at the two with a slight smirk. "Dinner is ready by the way, you can just sit at the kitchen island," he said with a slight nod towards the bar chairs. As Seonghwa served dinner and sat beside Hongjoong they slowly started eating while remaining silent. Neither of the boys knew what to say so they just exchanged glances now and then.
