Skip a few days -
Elena is training very well at Arsenal, but Mason has been very distant, every time she tries to arrange for them to go out he either cancels or just says he can't. Elena has been struggling at bit personally since it's six years since her mother tried to kill her but is hiding it from all the girls. Elena has just finished training and she is out on one of the pitches when she notices a missed call from Mason

She rings him
Elena: Hey baby you okay

Mason: Yeah don't worry i know you were probably busy with training.

Elena: Yeah I was

Mason: When aren't you' he scoffs

Elena: What do you mean

Mason: Ever since we started dating you've always been at football it's like you never have any time for me.

Elena: I know I'm at football a lot but it's my job I can't just drop that and be with you 24/7 and when I have time off I spend it with you.

Mason: Your always so distant

Elena: Me distant, you haven't tried to be with me in days and you're telling me I'm distant.

Mason: I haven't tried because you never have time, and when you do you're either too tired or talking about football.

Alessia and Leah are standing at the side of the pitch making sure Elena is okay.

Mason: What do you expect me to do be there for you.

Elena: Yes I expect you to be there, your my boyfriend for gods sake

Mason: Oh and why should I be there and not your football friends

Elena: Why should you be there, oh my, you don't even care do you

Mason: What, what is so important that I have to be there

Elena: My mother tried to kill me, my own mother chucked a knife at me, that's why I want you to be there, 6 years ago today my mother chucked plates all around our house
and chucked a knife at me because she wanted me dead, and all this feels like yesterday' At this point she is shouting down the phone with tears streaming down her face and a few of the girls have taken notice.

Mason: I didn't know

Elena: of course you didn't know, you're not here are you, my mother tried to kill me when i was 17. My own mother, and what you're moaning about me being at work.

Mason: Lena

Elena: No don't lena me, football is the only place I could go when my mother was high on drugs trying to kill me because I ruined her life.
I'm done, don't call me, don't talk to me.

She ends the call and boots a ball away from her. Alessia and Leah coming running over to her who is now on the floor having a panic attack.

Alessia: "It's okay, it's just us, Leah and Less" she slowly approaches Elena

Elena: "No No No" she screams before running away into the toilets.

Leah tries to run after her but Alessia grabs her wrist.

Leah: "What are you doing we can't leave her alone"

Alessia: "Leah stay here, Lena told me about her mum but I never heard how, when or why i just knew she did. She trusted me with that so i'll talk to her"

Alessia runs into the toilets leaving all the girls that paid attention really confused. She walks in to see Elena with her knees to her chest and having a major panic attack.

Elena: "L-L-Les"

Alessia: "I'm here but we need to get you calmed down, try and take a deep breath"

Elena: "H-H-Hel"

Less realises what she is trying to say so takes her hands and shows her breathing technique to try and slow down her breathing. Nothing seems to be working and Less is getting very worried for Elena so goes to find a medic.

Alessia: "Erm can one of you bring oxygen with me"

Medic: "Why do you need oxygen Alessia are you okay."

Alessia: "I'm fine but Elena Pérez needs it she is having a very bad panic attack and has been in it for a while"

Medic: "Where is she, are you able to bring her here"

Alessia: "I will see if she can come but have it ready."

The medics start to get the oxygen ready and Alessia runs back to Elena who is no better than before. She helps her up and helps her walk to the medics room, where leah is waiting with the medics.

Medic: "Right Pérez we are going to give you this to help with your breathing okay" they try and put the mask on her but she refuses.

Leah: "Hey sweet, this is going to help you okay, you're safe I promise" she takes the oxygen mask from the medic and puts it on Elena. Alessia leaves the room to find Jonas and tell him Elena needs a day off but gets loads of questions from the girls

Katie: "I heard her on the phone is she okay now" she says worried about the youngster

Alessia: "She's with the medics and leah getting oxygen and with what happened with her mother I'm sure she's not doing well."

Beth: "tell her we are all here for her"

Alessia: "I will do but I need to find Jonas to give her tomorrow off"

Alessia knocks on Jonas' office door and gets let in.
Jonas: "If this is about Pérez I already heard her on the phone is she okay"

Alessia: "She is with the medics getting oxygen right now she's in a pretty bad state. I was gonna see if she can have tomorrow off"

Jonas: "Tell her she can have as much time off as she needs"

Alessia: "Thanks Jonas, I'm going to take her home once she has been cleared"

He says okay and Less goes back to the medical room to see her asleep on leah with the oxygen mask off. She gets Leah to carry her out to Less' car and Alessia drives back to her house. She puts Elena on the sofa and lets her sleep
