The lights shone a little bit, unfurling themselves into the mildness of the dark,
The paths smiled to see the luminescence,
Only the streets were silently watching, knowing that once these lights are turned off, there will be even more darkness in the city of suppositions, like it has been never before...
As the lights began dimming, the hopeful paths realised, "lights eventually give rise to more darkness, indeed they give rise to the non-existent darkness."
Streets blinked at the uncertainty of life,
But the city of suppositions stared widely at the gleam of shine still left in the dimmed lights just like a small unlikely wish had left at its silent lifeless corner...
