Chapter 2: To late to say goodbye.

"No, No, No!" Lloyd Shouted, Sprinting towards his older brother as a thug pulled out a Dagger from his Abdomen. The thug stumbled back as Kai's legs gave out on him, Lloyd Barley Caught Him. The thug stared With wide eyes as Lloyd slowly lowered kai to the Ground.

The Blonde Ripped the latter's Gi open from the middle, his mouth ajar as he as he stared at the deep wound. Lloyd pulled off his shirt and pressed it against the injury, Earning a Hiss from the Brunette.

After a minute he Took the belt off of Kai and took off his mask, Placing the mask on top of the shirt for extra coverage.
He wrapped his belt over kai's Abdomen to secure the Gi top and the masknas if it were a bandage. "Kai?" he asked, wanting to Make sure his brother was still conscious.  "wha'?" kai slurred, Lloyd internally sighed out in relief.

"...Don't die on me yet" he whispers and Turns on his com.

"Who's on coms?" Lloyd Asked.

"What's up Lloyd?" Cole replied, through the device.

"I need Zane, Kai's been stabbed." Lloyd informed.

"Shit," Cole mumbled. "Okay, Um l'll tell Zane. Oh and lloyd?"

"...yeah?"

"He's gonna be Alright, Bud."

"Ye- Yeah, thanks cole."

After earning a hum from his brother, Lloyd turned off the com and looked at kai who was now Pale and staring at the wall. "what is it?" Lloyd Questioned. "Either I'm hallucinating Already... or the- there's so- Something there?" Kai replied, Lloyd looked at the wall and saw a man staring at them.

Lloyd recognized Dagger the Man as holding and Stood up, picking up his sword and pointed it to them. "Stay Back." he warned. "or what?" Spat out the man.

"Or l'll call you're Father!" Lloyd threatened, mentally Smacking himself for the dumb response.

The thug faltered. "...He's dead..."
"Well I've been to the departed realm."

Lloyd Added, he was tired. This was supposed to be a simple mission but Noo he had to turn away from Kai for a second and in that time he had turned away, kai got stabbed.

The man walked closer and lloyd held his sword up higher "I Said 'Stay back'." Lloyd replied, man only grinned menacingly and pulled out a Tantō "You did?" The man replied, rising a brow.

Lloyd Cursed under his breath and looked back at kai "where is cole?" he thought and looked back at the man "What do you want?" he asked "the boss says he'll pay extra for the green ninja." the man said no surprise there "Oh Wow Like That's new." he said. the man Threw his Tantō at lloyd, Lloyd whom was not expecting it barely missed it earning a Gash on his right side. He hissed and looked back up at the man, whom was smiling. Lloyd swung his Sword at the man who kept dodging his attacks.

The thug landed a kick on Lloyd's side, making the Blonde fall on his stomach, hissing as the slash on his side suddenly making itself known, Lloyd rolled to his back and quickly swunging his foot under the man causing him to fall. Lloyd took the advantage and Abruptly Stood up, Grabbing his sword and pointing to The man, who just stared back at him.

"Lloyd!" He heard Cole shout from behind him but he didn't turned around "Cole Get kai out of here." he instructed Cole. "are you okay?" Cole asked "I will be, just get him to an ambulance or Zane." he said to Cole, who noded and picked kai up.

Lloyd looked at the man and put his sword back in it sheath that was attached to his waist. he crouched down to the man and grabbed there arm Summoning his energy as he did, making the man flinch "Don't you ever think of hurting my family again." Lloyd Growled, his eyes Glowing a menacingly Green.

The commissioner Saw Lloyd leaving a alleyway and walked to him "Thank you, Lloyd for helping us catch at thugs" He said Eyeing lloyd as he cluched his side "No Problem, Although you might wanna get an ice pack for a thug that decided to play the hard way, their knocked out but Y'know for when they wake up." Lloyd Shrugged and the commissioner noded "I will, are you ok?" he asked pointing to Lloyd's right side. "oh yeah, probably needs some stitches though" he said "Oh Ok, Again thank you for all the help." he said, patting Lloyd's Shoulder and walking past him. Lloyd smiled then grimaced a bit as he watched the commissioner walk away. "Looks like I'm gonna have a new scar...Yay!" he thought Sarcastically as he rolled his eyes.

Lloyd walked near some police cars and Saw Nya and Pixal Talking with some police officers. Pixal Immediately Saw Lloyd and walked over to him, "are you ok?" she asked "yeah, I'm fine." he lied, she noded and hugged him, He flinched a bit but Pixal didn't notice. "how's kai?" he asked "he will be alright." Pixal replied, Lloyd noded. Pixal then walked back to the police officers to explain more details.

Lloyd started feeling dizzy as he started walking to Nya. he Grabbed onto a police Car for support and looked at his right side and saw blood pouring down to his leg, His eyes Widened at the Sudden hard bleeding from his side. "Lloyd!" He heard Someone shout. He felt drowsy and placed a hand up to his head. Lloyd looked up and Saw His sister running up to him, Lloyd reached out to her but his knees Buckled under him and his eyes rolled back before Fluttering shut.

"I guess I'm not okay." He thought before Unconsciousness fully took over him.
