CHAPTER 13 : War

YN POV

I was getting ready for the race and I wore the horse riders uniform which is mandatory for the candidates including me and I came out of the washroom just to see Jungkook looking very handsome in his uniform *Gosh, Yn, stop thinking about how handsome he is* I internally scolded myself and muttered "It is illegal to be this handsome, Jeon Jungkook" which is unnoticed by Jungkook and I left the room and I ran to the stables which is near the castle I ran towards Carl and took him out of his stable "Hi Carl" I said and he replied back with a neigh and I took him to the tub which is filled with water inside it and beside that it has a sign that reads 'For horses only' and Carl was drinking water "What an effective sign" I said to myself  "Yea" I heard a familiar voice which unknowingly sent chills down my spine 

I turned around to see the worst nightmare of my whole life it was Bo-gum and he started coming closer to me but I stepped back maintaining a huge distance between us and I slightly  pushed him "W-W-What a-a-are y-y-you d-d-doing h-h-here" I said stuttering "Hello, did you miss me, Baby mouse" he said with his disgusting voice *C'mon, Yn, you know how to fight just don't get scared* I thought and pushed him and walked away with Carl 

I started to feel uncomfortable *Yn, don't think about it, you have to win the race*  I thought ignoring the discomforting feeling in my heart 

and it was time to race now and the race caller was that Bo-gum and he was holding the loud speaker in his hands and was looking at me in a bad way but I didn't let his stare bother me a bit 

AUTHOR POV 

"3,2,1 and Go" Bo-gum announced and every horse rider started riding their horse very fast and obvi you and Jungkook too and you were way faster than everyone and your on the lead and Carl was way energetic today so he was running way faster going and you were close to wining you just need to cross the red end of the race line and you crossed it and climbed down your horse every horse rider came towards you after crossing the red line and they lifted you up and shouted "Yay!, the Queen won" 

Jungkook was very proud of you and happy for you he was all ready to pamper you with gifts and jewels but only after he gets a good sleep *Fuck, Yn, will really kill me with her awesomeness*  he thought  and came towards you "Congratulations, Yn!" Jungkook exclaimed in delight and you and Jungkook reached home and you were dead tired you changed your clothes from your uniform to comfortable clothes and you jumped on the bed and started to sleep but the past's horrible things keep displaying in your mind specially about that night when Bo-gum touched you and you got irritated and closed your eyes in frustration *Fuck that horrible night* you thought more like cursed and frowned Jungkook was sleeping beside you like a cute little baby and he doesn't have any idea about what's happening beside because he was way tired than you

and somehow you slept too but suddenly you got a horrible nightmare about the past and your squirming around the whole bed making Jungkook open his tired eyes and he saw you sweating and squirming around and he pulled you in his hold "It's ok, calm down, Princess" and you stopped squirming and sweating you calmed down and slept Jungkook sighed in relief and pecked on your lips, forehead, nose, ears and both the cheeks "Sweet dreams, Princess" he mumbled and slept 

NEXT DAY 

MORNING

You woke up and completed your morning routine and finished eating your breakfast and you started waking around the castle's back yard and while your walking you saw a sand bag which is tied to a big strong tree and you can easily reach it due to your tall height and the sand bag is in a perfect measurement and you ran towards it and started practicing your punching skills on the sand bag ( Poor sand bag ) and it was not hurting you at all and that's when the maids came to the back yard yes the same maids who badmouthed you behind your back and they were surprised seeing you practicing your punching skills on the back yard and they were cheering  for you *No one can resist the beautiful and strong Yn* you thought and continued punching the sand bag but suddenly Jungkook came to the back yard with Alfred behind him and the maids stopped cheering and bowed down for Jungkook "Good Morning, Your Majesty" the maids said in sync and you stopped punching the sand bag and turned around to see Jungkook who is handsome as usual 

"I need to talk to Her Majesty please, leave" Jungkook said everyone left the back yard including Alfred "What happened to you, you look disturbed" you said and Jungkook came towards you "Nothing, it's just that I have something important to tell you, Yn" Jungkook said and you nodded "I have to fight a war, Yn, to protect our country" Jungkook said making you feel scared *Will he fight the war well, will he die, no, no, no wars don't bring peace to the country* you thought and Jungkook shook you to bring you back from your thoughts "Where will the war take place" you asked and he replied "It will take place on the big and gigantic XXXX" (Guys I don't know what to name the place so I name it XXXX ) your heart was pounding very fast due to stress/over thinking "Jungkook, promise me that you won't die" you said and Jungkook chuckled *What the fuck, I am stressing here and he is chuckling like a stupid man* you thought "Nothing, will happen to me, Yn, I fought so may wars and won the wars without a little scratch" Jungkook said
