"lex,babe,you okay?" karinza askes the girl, and jasmine just looks at her.
lexley had forgotten that her two best friends were in the room with her.
tara yummy responded to me. was all that was going through her head.
"umm...yeah i'm good" she said, not fully able to comprehend what was happening.
"okay..." jasmine said reaching for her phone and giving it to her.
"jas and i are leaving babe, text us if you need anything okay?" karinza told her as she went in for a hug.
the two girls left and lexley stayed where she was,thinking.
do i answer? do i leave her on read? what do i say? what if i come off too bold?

two weeks later ~ lexley and rowan were getting ready for tara's party, when matt decided to facetime lexley.
"yo lex, matt's calling you" rowan yelled from the kitchen. "answer it" she yelled back.
she could hear her brother and matt talking distantly in the kitchen as she finished getting ready.
lexley finished and went to go find out what was said between the two boys.
"and the- oh here's lex," rowan shoved the phone in her hands and headed out with lexley following him.
"okay so what's the game plan?" lexley asked matt.
"so you guys are coming over to our house, jas and zee are already here. then when you guys get here we will all head over to tara's." lexley flinched when she heard tara's name. she tried to forget the awkward messages between them and the fact that she left her on read.
after lexley took a moment to collect herself she told matt bye and rowan and her headed to the sturniolo house.

at the sturniolo house jasmine and karinza were sitting and talking to chris and nick, well jasmine was talking while karinza and chris flirted.
"oh my god" jasmine laughed.
"do they just not realize that they are flirting or do they just not care" nick whispered to jasmine.
"i think it's a bit of both" jasmine replies, still watching the 'couple' continue flirting.
the twins walk into the living room.
"finally guys we have been waiting" chris says standing up.
"well someone had to finish listening to 'never say never' by justin bieber" lexley stated, rolling her eyes as she faced her brother.
rowan put his hands up in surrender, " hey since when was listening to justin bieber a crime?"
everyone started laughing, then jasmine decided to mess with chris before the group left, "hey chris,"
he turned around and looked at her.
"why is your face so red?" she asked him and he quickly pulled his hands to his face and tried to cover up his cheeks.
"it's not?" he said in more of a question form.
everyone giggled and laughed while chris and karinza stood there embarrassed and both getting reder.
rowan clapped his hands together, gaining the attention from everyone in the room.
"okay let's get going before we are the last people there"
everyone made their way to their cars and headed to the party.
