To be a woman. We are taught in schools about the importance of speaking up for ourselves, yet whenever we do speak up and vocalise our thoughts, opinions, and views, we get shutdown because society still thinks that owning a voice is immoral. That we are angry and aggressive for just using our mouths to speak the truth.

The amount of times I've been told just to "calm down" even though I've not raised my voice in the slightest is infuriating.

I'm proud to be both an autistic and dyspraxic young person in this generation despite the fact that life is already tough enough on my gender alone.

We will not just "shut up" because of our gender, NO we shall SPEAK UP so that more young woman WILL feel SEEN and HEARD in this economy. We will be the voices that help them gain the confidence to say what's right and what isn't.
