Cale felt all eyes staring at him when he entered the dining room full of viscous people who he called his family.
'Why are they staring at me so viscously? Do they want to kill me!'
While his mind was in distraught, he failed to realise that the reason they were staring was because of the fact that he seems to be limping when he entered which was confirmed later by Ron through a staring conversation. As much as they hate to admit it but they knew that if they were to ask the redhead what was wrong, he would just brush it of and never tell it himself unless he found it important. They shrugged it off and tried to act normal with the key word being 'tried'.
"Good morning dad!" "Good morning Cale-nim!!!" "Morning unluck bastard." "Good morning young master." "Good morning hyung-nim."
To say that Cale was suspicious by the over energetic welcome was an understatement but that was quickly forgotten when he flinched from the sharp pain passing through his head due to all the shouting. This made everyone quiet as this was the first time they have ever seen flinched and the fact that he unconsciously gripped his head as if to stop the pain obviously raised their rage meter that something was wrong. That is, except Raon who was more scared on the fact that he may have hurt his father figure.
Cale had just regain his posture when Raon suddenly flew towards his chest taking him completely off guard especially when he heard Raon guilty tone.
"I'm sorry human, I didn't mean to hurt you. I'm sorry!"
Cale felt his head hurt again from the noise but he completely ignored it when he saw how Raon looked as if he was about to cry. He quickly hugged the black dragon and spoke in a tone similar to a father comforting his child.
"Shush Raon, I'm fine you didn't hurt me. Don't worry, I just didn't get a good sleep last night. Shush."
Cale let out a comforting smile as he looked at his youngest child who he just managed to calm down but that didn't get rid off the guilty feeling in his chest. While he was doing that, the others felt themselves calm down but that didn't remove their suspicion on him but promised to talk to him later after breakfast. The red head also promised himself to maybe tell them when all this was over.
