The next day, his family took him to Halim Airport for a morning flight back to Malang. They parted ways again, and Husni was off to Malang. Upon his arrival, he planned to get an airport taxi to take him back to his house. However, he noticed something very conspicuous on the lobby driveway: Hendra leaning against his car. With a slow turn, Hendra focused on Husni as he took off his aviators to tell him to get inside his vehicle. Husni tried his best to figure out what he had done wrong before even considering approaching the car. Husni then realized what was that thing that he had done wrong and only waited for the boulder-sized chewing that he was about to receive. Husni placed his luggage in the car's trunk, and they moved. For the first seven minutes of the ride, it was silence until Hendra made a sudden turn leading to a paddy field. He stopped the car before recollecting himself.

"I heard you had fun in Jakarta." Sternly asked Hendra.

Husni then switched his thoughts about what the yelling would be, but before he could respond,

"I hope you know your targets before you knock them out. You have successfully decked the president of Indonesia's largest toothpaste manufacturer."

"Sir, with all due respect, he was drunkenly choking and punching his pre-teen daughter." Husni defended himself.

"I know, but we're police officers, Husni, not vigilantes. Who do you think you are, Judge Dredd?"

"Sir, if you were there with me. You would've taken action, too!"

"I WOULD! But you need to understand, Husni, that this country is not as romantic as you might think it is. Just this morning, I received a note to remove you from the case; luckily for you, I was able to defend you."

"Who sent you the note, sir?"

"Way beyond our pay grade is the only thing I could say; just be more careful next time, son; we're fighting for the right thing, but don't forget to include your mind in the fight."

"Yes, sir."

Hendra dropped Husni off at his house. Husni took a short shower, after which he planned to nap. Suddenly, his phone rang. It was a call from the hospital informing him that Erwin was now available to be questioned. He quickly changed his clothes and went to the hospital. Once he got there, he found Erwin still lying in his hospital bed with one leg suspended due to his injuries. The nurse tapped Erwin on the head to wake him up. After a loud yawn, he turned towards the detective and let off a little jolt.

"Officer!" Yelled Erwin with a surprised feeling.

"Detective would work better in this case, Erwin."

"Detective!"

"Right, there you go."

Husni then began the questioning by asking what was happening in Erwin's head when he decided to run from the police. The thought of the police barging into his boarding house to search for something is enough motivation for Erwin to run for it. Something that Husni sees as somewhat justifiable if one were to be looking back at the deplorable condition of Erwin's room. But that's not good enough of a reason to run for it; as far as Husni's concerned, the only incriminating evidence that Erwin has to hide is the impossible amount of pictures that he had taken of Shasfa hidden, along with the camera that he used to take the images as mentioned earlier. Bonus points for a hard drive worth of loli hentai that were also found in his computer, but that's not enough for a conviction, seeing that every one of the pages of the hentai found inside the hard drive specified that the characters that were being shown are far beyond the age consent, with some even reaching the ages of 400. Something that Husni considered silly since the characters drawn there all looked to be pre-pubescent.
