Naoya and the teenager goes onto one of the balconies, which is a secluded area away from the rest of the office building. The two of them stand there in silence, facing each other. The teenage man stands with his arms crossed, his eyes fixed on Naoya. Naoya does not know what the teen wants, and he stands silently, waiting for him to speak. The teen introduces himself as Jun Takizawa, a member of the Yamato gang, with a calm and confident demeanor. He asks Naoya if he recognizes his gang, and Naoya nods, acknowledging that he does. Jun then gets to the point, asking Naoya why he has distanced himself from the gang. Naoya remains silent for a moment, considering how to respond. He begins to speak, "I will get straight to the point with you, kid. If you were searching for me, that means there is a bounty on my head. How much of a bounty are we talking about?" Jun's expression changes as he hears Naoya's response, shifting from a confident to a more ominous look. "The price of your head is...five hundred million yen," he says softly.
Naoya's eyes widen as he hears the amount. That's an extremely high price to pay for someone's life. Jun remains silent for a moment, seemingly waiting for Naoya to respond. Naoya is still considering his options and begins to speak cautiously, "Is the bounty for me alive or dead?" Jun's demeanor shifts again, back to a more confident one. He answers, "It doesn't matter, my boss would just prefer it if you're dead." Naoya is taken aback by this response, as his life is now in danger no matter what he does. He also realizes that Jun is not going to back off any time soon, so he has no choice but to deal with the situation. Naoya responds, "And I am assuming if your entire gang knows, the other gangs are also after me isn't it?" Jun nods grimly, "Indeed, many other gangs are involved in this. The reward on your head is quite substantial and has attracted a lot of attention. Many people want your head, and they would do anything to get it." Naoya fully realizes the danger he is in.
Naoya takes a deep breath and tries to stay calm. He asks, "So why are you here? Are you here to capture me?" Jun's demeanor shifts once more, becoming even more serious and intense. He says calmly, "Yes. I am here to capture you and deliver you to my boss." After a few more seconds of silence he decides to speak again, "Look, Jun was it? I am a changed man who has no relations to any gangs. I understand that is a lot of money. A very substantial amount that would change your life..." Jun listens patiently and nods, his stoic expression not changing throughout Naoya's speech. He remains firmly planted in place, his entire focus on Naoya. Naoya continues speaking, trying to bargain with Jun, "Yes, I understand the amount of money involved is quite impressive. I am sure it would be life changing for someone like you. But I am not the person I once was, I've quit that life and have no desire to return to it." Jun looks directly into the eyes of Naoya and responds, "The current state you are in is worse than pathetic. Is this the same Naoya Koji that was once the most feared gangster?" Naoya feels a sting of humiliation as he hears Jun call him pathetic. He has been trying to hide his past and forget about the violent side of him, but Jun has made him feel weak and worthless with his words. Naoya's eyes are filled with rage, but he suppresses it and remains calm in response to Jun's taunt. He says in a controlled voice, "That's no longer who I am. This is the new Naoya Koji, who is trying to move forward with his life." Jun grins and responds right after, "You are supposed to be a dead man, Mr. Naoya. What life are you exactly moving on forward with?" Naoya feels a wave of anger wash over him as he hears Jun's words. He feels resentful and frustrated that he is still defined by his past, even though he has tried to move on from it.
"Look, if it makes it any better I will call boss and ask if we really have to do things forcefully." right afterwards, Jun takes out his phone from his pocket and dials a number. They pick up and Jun puts the phone in speaker mode. "I am assuming you found Naoya?" the boss asks. "I did and I spoke with him a little. Do I really have to kill him? He is honestly not a threat anymore. This is not the same Naoya Koji you told everyone, boss. He is a changed man or so he says..."
"Jun" the boss says with a dominant and harsh voice. Then he continues, "Everyone who is in an organization knows very well that if you are in once, you are never out. Naoya is already breaking that golden rule alone. Not to mention he is supposed to be dead either way. And besides..." he takes a breath and begins to yell, "If you are not up for the task, there are hundreds of other guys who can do this instead of you!" the boss shuts off the call right afterwards.
"You heard him loud and clear, Mr. Naoya."Naoya immediately kicks the table to the ground to make a cover if Jun decides to shoot at him. Naoya feels a sudden burst of adrenaline as the situation becomes much more intense. He is now in a dangerous position, being hunted by a gang that wants him dead. Naoya reacts quickly and kicks the table to the floor as a cover, making sure to stay out of any line of fire. Jun realizes that Naoya is not going to go down easily and prepares for a fight. Jun takes out his handgun and begins to approach Naoya, moving slowly and cautiously behind the cover of the table. He keeps his weapon steady and aims at Naoya, ready to shoot. Naoya remains alert and watchful, observing Jun's movements closely. Both of them know that if one mistake is made, this situation could quickly become fatal. Naoya does not move from his position behind the table, waiting for the right moment to strike. Naoya suddenly kicks the table right at Jun and follows up in order to take the gun or possibly make it fall to the ground. Jun is caught off-guard by the sudden kick and moves back quickly to avoid getting hit by the flying table. Naoya takes advantage of this moment and sprints towards him. Naoya attempts to punch Jun's wrist in order for him to drop the gun. Naoya's punch lands on Jun's wrist effectively, causing the gun to drop from his grip and fall to the ground. Naoya seizes this opening and kicks the gun on the ground away. Naoya kicks the gun away, making sure that Jun cannot quickly access it. He then turns his attention back towards Jun, keeping his guard up. He is aware that the fight is still far from over, and he remains as vigilant as ever. Naoya begins his attack on Jun, trying his best to take him down.Naoya quickly moves in and throws a punch to Jun's face, missing just barely. Jun retaliates with a jab of his own, which Naoya narrowly dodges. The two of them back away from each other temporarily, assessing each other's abilities. After taking a break for a moment, Jun and Naoya continue their attack, exchanging blows. Naoya successfully lands a few kicks to Jun's torso, causing him to stumble back a bit. Jun retaliates with a punch to the stomach, however Naoya dodges it just in time. They continue their battle, neither one wanting to show any weaknesses or openings to the other. Naoya dodges another punch from Jun and strikes a kick to his leg, making him lose his balance. Naoya continues striking kicks at the leg, making Jun fall to the ground. He then quickly jumps back to avoid being caught off-guard by a counter attack. Naoya remains vigilant and keeps his guard up, continuing his assault. Jun stumbles back from his fall, getting back to his feet and quickly recovering his balance. He retaliates with a punch to Naoya's side, however Naoya sidesteps the strike completely. Naoya then attempts to land another kick, but Jun quickly dodges away. Jun decides to taunt Naoya to create an opening. "Slow and old, you should've stayed dead six feet deep. The taunt works, causing Naoya to lose his cool and rush in angrily trying to strike Jun down. This is exactly what Jun was hoping for, and he quickly dodges away, causing Naoya to miss completely. Naoya is caught off-guard by this maneuver, and Jun quickly strikes, landing a strong liver shot on Naoya. Naoya's face twists in pain as he feels the force of the blow strike his liver. He drops to one leg, momentarily distracted by the pain. Jun sees his opening and quickly takes advantage of it, striking another powerful blow towards the head. Naoya barely manages to dodge away from the strike, but he is struggling to stay standing. Naoya breathes heavily for a few moments before going dead quiet and finally calmly looking into Jun's eyes.
"Allow me to demonstrate my dead self."
