"Busy too busy to see the women who sat in labor for 9 hours trying to have you."
"Mchnt mama here you go again, you bring up this lil 9 hours of labor thing" I said shaking my head.
"Because all of that time I spent in labor you could come see your mama. But, when are you making sy'lence your girlfriend?"
"When she tell me that she's ready to date. I'm taking her on a date today" pouring some apple juice into the clear cups.
"I expect her to be my daughter in law by the end of this year so get to work."
"Mama you is aware that this is my life tho" I said taking the phone off speaker and prop my hands on the counter.
Hearing footsteps walking closer to me. Turning around to see my baby rubbing her eyes. Pulling her into a hug.
"you okay, my love?" Gently rubbing her arm softly.
She nods her head on my chest.
"Mama imma stop by the house later on today, I love you."
"I love you too, see you later" she said hanging up the phone.
I looked down at her to see her looking at me. "You look so beautiful,my love."
"Thank you" she smiled taking her hands and rubbing her thumbs on my face.

"No we just bestfriend you know friends don't kiss" she said giving me a playful look.

She hit my bare tatted chest with her hand. "Stoppp that was a long time ago" she said blushing.

She rolled her eyes and bring her lips closer to my face. Pulling her face closer and kissing her lips. Pulling my lips free so I can tell her something. She looks at me and pouted.
"Sy'lence don't start wit that poutin shit. We got things to do today eat breakfast first so we can goin bout our day."
I give her another peck on her lips and she turns around and walks to the table her food is at.
She sits and starts eating her food. Even tho my mama do be aggy about asking when imma ask sy'lence out.
She is right about one thing I am definitely going to ask her out by the end of the year.
