"That should be my brothers." Gempa quickly stood up, rubbing his hands to shake off the cold feeling after handing his cousins their ice creams, "I'll go get it."
"Will Blaze be there?!" Gentar stared at him hopefully.
"Ais--" Glacier and Frosfire's call was cut off by Supra's demand of Gempa's oldest brother, Halilintar.
"I want to see Duri!" Sori too?
"...will Solar be there?" Even Sopan?! What with these favouritism? Gempa internally cried at the lack of Taufan's name and his.
"Eh..." Gempa scratches his cheek awkwardly at their attentive stares, "Sorry bud, Duri won't be coming."
Sori's shoulder droops at that.
"Don't you like Solar too? He's coming over, you know."
The Duri-lookalike started to beam. Gempa wouldn't be surprised if he turned out just like the green-clad teen someday, with his obsession to plants alongside a drive to read because he'd been influenced by Solar's nerdiness.
When Gempa twisted the key and opened the door, he saw exactly the three brothers he'd been expecting.
"I'm taking a bath." Blaze announced, the driver card behind him drove away as the sports student kicked off his shoes and invited himself home. With how close their house is, babysitting their cousins has become some sort of routine, Blaze probably thinks of this as their second home.
"Blaze!" Gentar chirped out happily.
"Hey! Gentar!" The mentioned brother grins widely, "I'll take a quick bath, then we can continue the boss battle we did last week, okay?"
"Awesome! You're the best!"
Gempa would've taken a picture if he wasn't currently supporting Ais who'd done a great job at mimicking the act of fainting in soap operas, flairs and dramatics nailed.
"Gempa..." Ais clenched whatever piece of Gempa's shirt closest to his hands, "How is Blaze so energetic even after club meeting..." He despaired.
"Must've sucked yours in the womb and kept it all to himself." Solar joked, hands cupped on the cheek of an enthusiastic Sori.
"I don't mind it, but I do mind it if he dragged me into his playing mood." The blue-eyed teen let out a tired groan, "Come on Glacier let's go."
"Go where--?" Gempa tried to ask.
"Nap." They both replied. Glacier didn't even squirm with the way Ais manhandles him to the guest room he'd seem to have taken a liking to.
Frostfire looked at their leaving figure with a thoughtful frown.
"What's wrong?"
"I want to see Gentar and Blaze play together." The seven-year-old spoke, "But I don't think I can handle their high energy right now."
"How about accompanying Ice and Glacier?"
"Um. No, not really feeling it."
A hand settles itself on Gempa's shoulder, too big to be his cousins and too well-kept to be Blaze's. With that smug smirk, it's definitely Solar.
"Worry not, big brother of mine." He uses that self-assured tone that honestly made Gempa more worried than not, "It's time... for a library bonding session!"
"Sola--"
Ah, they left. Well, maybe some reading is what Frostfire just needs.

"Ha. Ha. Ha."
Halilintar felt his eye twitch at the sarcastic dry laugh thrown his way.
