Sometimes l really question my life decisions. I should have pushed her away. Keyword, should, not want. We both went completely silent on the ride back home. She was texting someone and l had zero interest in talking to her. When we reached the penthouse she opened the car door before l had the chance to and went to her room.

This is why people say not to let your intrusive thoughts win. I don't regret kissing Haze, not one bit, but it might have made our relationship weird. The entire ride back home l kept texting the girls group chat but as expected, no one was active.
Sleep is nowhere to be found so l do the only thing l can. Play the violin. I learned a lot of things as a kid, 6 languages -French, Arabic, Italian, Bengali, Spanish, and German- and how to play the piano and violin, besides taekwondo and coding classes.
