It wasn't enough that the crew barged in on Zoro, attempting to confess to Sanji, but they threw the poor guy of the stool. "Hey, Choppe- OOF!" Luffy covered his mouth, "Oh sorry, you need to get off." He said, voice muffled. "YOU SAY THAT BEFORE YOU PUSH SOMEONE OFF DUMBASS!" Zoro yelled, gripping the shorty from the shirt. Nami hit both of them on the head and reminded them of why they were there. The tiny doctor stood on the stool and leaned over. "Sanji, how do you feel?" Chopper said. Was it Zoro's imagination, or were Sanji's pupils dimming?

The crew waited in silence, only hearing the coughs escaping Sanji's delicate lips. Zoro couldn't bear the silence anymore. He had to know what was wrong. If he knew what was wrong, he could make it better. "Chopper... what's worng..." Chopper turned around half heartedly. Robin stepped forward, "Doctor, is everything alright." Chopper hopped off the stool and ushered everyone out of the room. Zoro looked back at Sanji, a tear starting to well up in his eye. All Sanji did was hold out his hand, a motion to signal that he was okay. The crew gathered on the lawn, and that was when the questions started. "So Chopper, come on, we need to know if he is gonna be okay?" Ussop asked. "Do we need medicine, I'll navigate to the nearest isla-" Nami started to say, but got cut off. "Listen, everyone!" Chopper beckoned. "Sanji's poisoned," Zoro's heart sank. "And he needs treatment." Zoro's heart sank a bit more. "He'll be fine, though." Zoro's heart shook. And...

He cried.

He actually cried.

All those feelings that were jumbled up since god knows when spilled out like a dam breaking. He wasn't ashamed of seeing the crew staring at him, asking him what was wrong. He didn't care. All he cared about was that Sanji was going to be okay. Zoro rushed up to the boy's bedroom, still wiping the tears from his cheeks, and rushed to Sanji's side. "Sanji, you're gonna be fine, did you know, you're gonna be fine!" Zoro cried, grasping the blonde's hand. Sanji started to cry, too. He was going to be with Zoro another day. The pain in his stomach had gotten worse, but he didn't care. He didn't want to die. He wanted to be with Zoro.

And now, before the crew walks in...

"Sanji," Zoro whispered, leaning closer to the blonde's face, "Yes?" Sanji replied. Zoro's heart raced faster than any wild beast. "What would you do..." "If?" Sanji continued.

"If I said that, I love you?"

Sanji reached out a hand to cup the swordsman's face.

"That's easy. I'd kiss you."

And so they did.
