-Still on the island-

Zoro looked at the beautiful blonde, it infuriated him seeing his in so much pain, he could never see Sanji hurt. Just looking at his lover hurt made him want to kill anyone who did Sanji wrong. Sanji finally gave in and told Zoro that he was in a lot of pain, "I think it was- ahh- the f- fruits," The blonde stammered. Zoro nodded, "I see. Sanji, let me carry you back to the Sunny-" "We don't even know where the Sunny is! Let alone if everyone is okay!" Sanji snapped.

Zoro heaved another sigh, "I know this sounds weird but I want to help you, I mean you're part of the crew," Zoro mumbled, blushing. Sanji's face turned a bright shade of pink, "Whatever- AHHH!" Sanji was cut off by a huge surge of pain passing through him again, sweat trickling down his face, clutching his stomach for dear life. Zoro caught Sanji before he tipped over and hit the ground, "You ero-cook! Don't die, just let me get you to the Thousand Sunny!" All Sanji could do was scream and wail in pain, it felt like his whole stomach was getting tied into knots.

Zoro picked the blonde up, carefully resting his head on his chest. He didn't want the cook to die, no he wouldn't die. Everything changed so fast, what was an argument went to Sanji dying in Zoro's arms, Zoro cursing himself for being so stupid and useless. He couldn't even help Sanji!

Sanji's groans and cries were what drove Zoro to run. Zoro tried to run to the shore, if only he knew where that was. He stopped to listen for waves, the crew or anybody. Zoro kept running, after a while of carrying Sanji and running he was tired out, he stopped and told the cook, "You'll be fine." He soothed. Sanji let himself enjoy the moment, he might die but he would die knowing Zoro tried to save him.

Zoro kept running until he heard waves, the he walked quickly towards the sound of waves crashing. He had reached the beach. That was good, but the Sunny wasn't at this spot. Zoro cursed and carried the blonde across the spread of the shore, Sanji's cries starting to get louder, the pain was getting worse. Zoro's heart was beating, not just because Sanji was laying in his arms, but because Sanji could die because of Zoro's stupidity.

"Z-zoro," Sanji stammered. "Domt worry cook!" Zoro answered. Sanji pulled at the swordsman's towel across his shoulders, "I don't want to die like- aghh- t- this." Sanji whispered, his body becoming tense with every shock of pain.

"Damnit Sanji, I'm not letting you die on me for gods sake!" Zoro yelled, picking up pace. Sanji couldn't speak anymore, the pain was too much. After what seemed like centuries, the glow of the Thousand Sunny's lights overwhelming Zoro with pride, "Sanji... you're gonna be okay."
