So many had perished to the hands of the seraphim that day. The once peaceful and calm streets of Heaven as we knew it now where filled with terror and fear. Though, a few things have been discovered about this whole thing which I'll share with you now.
Emily has also been corrupted. From what I've heard about Emily is that she's a lot scarier then Sera is. It was shocking at first but Emily's body is in better condition allowing more movement. Sera can fly and she can fly fast but not for long periods of time, not like Emily.
Only Winners will truly die after being consumed. When someone who isn't a winner is consumed they turn. Sera and Emily will not eat all of a heavenborn either. It's like they're aware the less eaten the stronger the corrupted will become.
Angelic weaponry has no effect on them. This fact alone is absolutely terrifying. Like angels in general they cannot be killed that we know of. Hurt? Yes, they can get hurt. Angelic weapons will hurt them but will not kill them.
That's all we know for now. We don't know how this all started but that is definitely one of the things Adam and I will be investigating in the future. Though, our goal right now is to survive.
Going to Hell may be our best bet. We don't know what the current situation down there is like. Its possible that Lucifer also is in the same condition as Sera and Emily but, we don't know. There is currently no communication between Heaven and Hell which adds another goal, get a letter to Hell. If communication can be opened up there is a possibility that we can be saved. Adam's magic isn't working too well so a portal would be too unstable to go through unless made by someone outside of Heaven. All magic in Heaven is currently in the same state as Adam's. It was either working or not and when it did work it was weak and unstable.... Could this have something to do with the corruption of the seraphim?
Another question rises, where is God? Adam knows very well that he exists but he hasn't been around for billions of years at this point. God of course has only been seen by one angel, Lucifer, but has been heard by many angels and humans.. again just not in the past few billion years.. I thought something like this would alert him or something.. has he abandoned us or has something happened to him as well? That can't be possible... can it?
