It was around 8 p.m, Suna — as usual — she was sitting on the windowsill, rubbing her pregnant belly, smiling to herself. She felt happy, really happy.

Right next to her side was a printout of the ultrasound photo. She kept looking at it out of the corner of her eye, finally grabbed the photo and then stood up. She went to the desk, took out two pink markers, and then wrote on the back of the printout: In two months there will be more women in your life.

With a sincere smile on her face, she put the photo into an envelope lying nearby, she closed the envelope and was about to move towards the door when it opened. Kaya came back from the company — as always — tired and lacking energy, after all, meetings are meetings, he smiled at his wife and then walked over to her.

"Hello Suna, I see you're in a really good mood, how was your day?" – he asked, taking off his dark coat and then walking it to the hanger. The young girl took a deep breath, without changing the smile on her face, she walked closer to her husband, then suddenly kissed him on the cheek, "I went to the doctor today, with your mom!" – she replied. A surprised smile appeared on the man's face, he crossed his hands, "With my mother? I mean...that's a really nice surprise, I thought, she didn't take your pregnancy positively." – he replied. The girl just nodded, still smiling, "But it is not everything." – she added briefly and showed him a white envelope, he looked at the paper with a thoughtful expression on his face, "What's that?" – he asked, taking off his jacket. She just gave him a mysterious smile, so well he had to check for himself. He grabbed the white envelope and then opened it, he took out the medical form, he loved looking at it, it was his baby after all.

"Turn over please." – she said, pointing.

He listened to her, turned black and blue photo and started reading the information, he looked at her, he couldn't hold back his tears, "Does this…does this mean that—" he burst into tears, he felt his voice break, but the happy girl took his face in her hands, immediately wiping the tears of happiness from his eyes.

"Yes Kaya, we are going to have a daughter!" – she finished for him, and almost immediately he hugged her as tight as he could. No, he wasn't a typical father expecting a son, he always wanted a daughter. They stood there in an embrace for a few more minutes when Latif knocked on their room, "Mr. and Mrs. Sönmez? Dinner's on the table, Mr. Kaya, are you ready yet?" – said Halis' friend, in a voice full of manners and sophistication. He broke away from his pregnant wife and cleared his throat, he combed his hair gently and then answered: "Yes, of course we're leaving." Then they heard the man walk away from the door, he grabbed Suna by the hands and began to lead him to the door. "Shall we tell them right away?" – she asked him, he just nodded. He felt that he wouldn't be able to hide this fact anyway.

Meanwhile, there was chaos in the kitchen, Şefika and another employee were milling around the kitchen. Ayşen stood in front of the stove, staring at her reflection in the orange soup, she felt bad, her face was confused and...disappointed? The mother walked up to her daughter, placing her hands on her narrow shoulders, "Ayşen, honey, you've been sad all day, has something happened?" – she asked her. The young maid looked at the cook eyes full of tiredness, she sighed and looked at the woman who was also staring at her, "Will you leave us alone?" – she asked her, she obeyed almost immediately and left the kitchen, "So, what's the deal?" – she repeated the question, her daughter finally leaning back against the wooden countertop, "You see..I'm in love." – she said in an unpleasant tone. Şefika In a split second, she was filled with happiness and grabbed her daughter's shoulders, giving her a proud smile, But daughter, this is truly wonderful news. Love is a beautiful thing, so why are you sad?" – she asked, moving away. "You see.." – she began –  "Because that man is..Abidin." – she added, concluding.
