Indigo was closing up her restaurant early today because she had a 'special dinner' at the Lyon's house arranged by Gator and he was going to pick her up any minute. Soon enough, she saw his grey truck pull up. She grabbed her purse and locked the door to her restaurant, walking over to the truck and getting in. "Hey, Indie, how was your day?" Gator asks as she gets in.

"It was good, hon, kind of a slow day, how was therapy?" She asks him, giving him a kiss on the cheek as he pulls out of the parking spot.

"It was alright, I just told him about Munch, you know, showin' up at Dot's and us becomin' friends and everything and how she got custody of the twins." He tells her.

"Oh, yeah. What'd he say?" She asks.

"He was sayin' he's glad I have a new friend and he seems like an interesting fella and it's real good that Dot got custody." He says.

"Very true." Indigo agrees.

"Yeah... Munch's gonna be there tonight, I invited him.

"You didn't tell him about what Lorraine did to Roy?" She asks.

"Nah, felt like I can't really tell her anythin' illegal like that." He says. Indigo shrugs.

"Yeah, you're probably right." She says.

"So, what's this whole thing about anyways?" She asks.

"You'll see." He says, putting a hand on the back of her seat and giving her a wink.

"Okay..." She says with a small laugh. They soon arrive at Dot's home and knock on the door.

"Hey, guys!" Dot says, letting them in.

"Hi Dot!" Indigo says, giving her a hug.

"Hey, Dot." Gator says, hugging her too. They walk inside and greet everyone. Lorraine, Wayne, Gator's sisters, Scotty, Charlie, Noreen and Ole Munch are sitting at the dinner table. Munch walks up to Gator and Indigo and points at Gator's wrist.

"Rabbit... you are healed." Munch says.

"Yeah... Healed." Gator says, cracking a small smile. Indigo rubs his shoulder and the three walk over to the table and sit down. Gator sits there tapping his leg, nervously as Dot brings out the food, eggplant parmesan. Indigo smiles at Gator.

"My favorite!" She says, grinning wide.

"Yeah, I know." He says, putting an arm around her chair.

"Thank you, Dot, this looks amazing." She tells Dot as she gives her a plate.

"Of course, sweetie." Dot tells her. They eat the meal and catch up with each other. Suddenly, Gator stands up.

"Alright, can I have everyone's attention?" He asks. Everyone quiets down and stares at him. He takes Indigo's hand and she gets to her feet.

"What's happening?" She whispers to Gator.

"Shh, it's okay." He tells her with a small laugh. "Okay, so, you all know Indigo and I have been dating for a little over half a year now, but we've loved each other for a lot longer, a little over 6 years. Which I think is way too long of a time to not be with the girl you love." He takes a deep breath. "So, Indigo." He takes her hands. "I've loved you for a long time, and I want to love you for longer, forever. You make me feel like a winner and..." He gets down on one knee, reaching in his jacket and pulling out a small black box. He opens it and inside is a beautiful, shiny diamond ring. "I wanna keep winnin' so, Indigo Diane Gerhardt, will you do me the honors of bein' my prize?" He asks. Indigo smiles and a few tears fall from her eyes.

"Yes! Yes, I will!" She says. He stands up and she throws her arms around his neck, hugging him tight. He hugs her back, smiling so hard his face hurt. Everyone at the table clapped, feeling so happy, while Indigo and Gator felt like they were on top of the world. It was a win in the end.
