What is true beauty? Outward and inwards?
Both is equally important. There is no truth in saying physical beauty doesn't matter at all. In fact, it isn't so much as 'flawless' as healthy. That is what matters ultimately, your health and the condition you are in.Beauty is not what society determines. It is what you determine. Having flawless skin, soft silky hair, perfect body proportions are all well and good. But, if things aren't natural they don't tend to last. And they don't tend to matter. All these supermodels you see, are gorgeous. Abnormally 'perfect' in every way. Yet, it would seem that these thing aren't real.
As soon as they insert plastics into themselves (plastic surgery), that beauty isn't really them. You don't need to insert plastic into yourself to be beautiful.
As for hair, it is often styled, dyed and altered so often that later on it will fall off, or become damaged. Then, wigs must be need even more artificial needs.
Yet, not taking care of what you have isn't helping you either. Instead of wishing for things you don't have, take care of what has been given to you.
It is those things that truly apply. You may have some stunning features, and some not so stunning features. But, if you wear what you have with pride and the best they can be, it is the most beautiful thing there can be.
Take care of yourself, and don't use products/materials that could harm you in anyway.
If you are unsatisfied with your weight, work out. Eat the right amount of food (avoid overeating, but avoid eating little as well) and work out the access.
Also consider, that every one is built differently. Do things according to how it will benefit you. But, keep in mind your limits.
If you are unsatisfied with your skin, moisturizing is key. Your body needs water, an essential in everyday. The most natural cleansing product made by Mother Nature herself. It cleans you inside, and out. Drink lots of water. Using baby lotions is good as well, as you can avoid having to use harmful chemicals.
When going to events, and you really want to look your best makeup is fine. Not for daily use, since makeup can really clog up pores and make things even worse. However, if used correctly it can be used to accentuate perfections and hide flaws. But, makeup only hides flaws it doesn't remove them.
Remember that you are beautiful. Because no matter how many flaws you have, you have even more perfections.
Key: Confidence
