[ 3rd POV ]

The air was thick with the sounds of the city, the distant hum of traffic mingling with the soft chirping of crickets outside the window. The hospital where Diego Ramos was born is nestled in the heart of Buenos Aires, Argentina's bustling capital city. Situated amidst a vibrant urban landscape, the hospital stands as a beacon of hope and healing, its modern facade blending seamlessly with the surrounding architecture. As one approaches the hospital, they are greeted by a bustling scene of activity. Cars weave through the streets outside, their horns honking impatiently amidst the steady flow of traffic. Pedestrians bustle along the sidewalks, their footsteps echoing off the pavement as they hurry about their daily lives.

The hospital itself is a sprawling complex, its exterior adorned with gleaming windows and crisp white walls. A sign bearing the hospital's name hangs proudly above the entrance, welcoming patients and visitors alike with open arms. Inside, the hospital is a hive of activity, with doctors and nurses bustling about as they tend to the needs of their patients. The air is filled with the faint scent of antiseptic, mingling with the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee from the nearby cafeteria.

Inside the delivery room, Diego's parents, Maria and Alejandro Ramos, waited with bated breath as they anticipated the arrival of their firstborn child. Maria's grip tightened on Alejandro's hand as another contraction washed over her, her brow furrowed in concentration.

Maria: (screams in pain)

Alejandro: You're doing great, mi amor. Just breathe through it.

Maria nodded, her brow furrowed in concentration as she pushed through each contraction. The sound of her own voice filled the room as she let out a primal scream of effort, channeling all her strength into bringing their baby into the world. The doctors and nurses worked swiftly and efficiently, guiding Maria through each stage of labor with skill and expertise. Their voices were calm and reassuring as they encouraged her to push, their hands ready to catch the newborn as he emerged into the world.

And then, finally, after what felt like an eternity but was only a matter of minutes, there was a moment of stillness in the room as Maria's final push brought their baby into the world. Amidst the flurry of activity, the sound of a newborn's cry filled the room, echoing like music to the ears of the anxious parents. With tears of joy in their eyes, Maria and Alejandro watched as the doctors placed their baby in Maria's arms, she looked down at him with awe and wonder, her heart overflowing with love for the tiny bundle of joy that had just entered their lives. And as Alejandro leaned in to plant a gentle kiss on her forehead, they knew that their family was now complete, their hearts forever changed by the miracle of new life.

Maria: (choked up) Look at him, Alejandro. He's perfect.

Alejandro: (voice trembling with emotion) He's beautiful, Maria. Just like you.

Their newborn son blinked up at them with wide eyes, his tiny fingers curling around Maria's hand as if to reassure her that he was here to stay.

Maria: (voice soft with wonder) Hola, mi amor. Bienvenido al mundo.

Alejandro: (stroking the baby's cheek) We've been waiting for you.

The room was filled with a sense of awe and wonder as Maria and Alejandro gazed down at their newborn son, their hearts overflowing with love and gratitude for the precious gift they had been given. As Maria and Alejandro held their newborn son in their arms, they shared a moment of quiet reflection, marveling at the tiny bundle of joy that had just entered their lives.

Maria: (softly) What do you think we should name him, Alejandro?

Alejandro: (thoughtfully) I've been thinking about that, Maria. I want his name to be meaningful, something that reflects the love and hope we have for him.
