I woke up the next day smiling like a teenager who just got noticed by his crush. I keep listening to ishq wala love to remember my dance with her. My family noticed my good mood and suspected I have a girlfriend. I denied it as I don't have a girlfriend YET. Maybe there was a chance she also liked me. She did dance with me and there was something in her eyes which said she liked me.

I am thinking on how should I meet her next. Should I ask her to meet me or go to her restaurant since it's near my office or ask anu if she could plan something. I think I am going to ask Anu since it's the best option and I could use some help to get to know Ishika better.

I am so glad anu supports me and does not does have a problem with me and Ishika dating
I hope she does something so that I can meet her I could have asked her myself but I couldn't risk her saying no. After this one dinner I will ask her myself.

Ishika's pov
I woke up late as it was a holiday not a holiday but I didn't feel like going and I did not have any important work. I'll maybe go later for sometime
I made a late brunch for myself which was waffles and some orange juice. It's my fav breakfast.

After sometime anu called to go to some new Italian restaurant she wanted to try. I said okay and decided to meet her at the restaurant at 7. She was going to come from work.

I got dressed up to meet Anu and I had texted Aarohi that I will be going out for dinner and she asked me to get her some late dinner to the hospital as she had a night shift

I reached the restaurant on time which was at 7 and there were no signs of anu I decided to take a corner table as I don't like sitting in the middle of the restaurants it was 7:15 and Anu had still not come. I saw kabir at the restaurant. He saw me and came towards me. He asks me what I am doing here. I tell him 'anu wanted to try this restaurant so I was waiting for her. What abt you what r u doing here' he says 'I was here for a meeting and was going to leave when I saw u here'. At that time anu calls and says that she is stuck in a last minute meeting and won't be able till make it for dinner.

Kabir suggests since we are already here we can eat together I say okay not a bad idea. I was really hungry and it would be nice to have company instead of eating alone that's the only reason I say yes. We sit at the table and I order penne a la vodka and he orders lasagna. We start talking and asking each other questions about each other  

Are u single? He asks me I say  'if I wouldn't be single I wouldn't be sitting here with you I would be sitting here with my boyfriend' he says Yeahh valid point. I ask him 'what does he do in his free time' he says 'nothing much I go to the gym or spend time with family. Wbu? I say 'go to the gym or cook or dance' he says 'nicee,what about your family' I say 'they live in the the same city but it's a little far I do visit them once a month or during festivals' I quickly change the topic from family as I didn't want to talk about them.

I didn't realise but it had been 2 hours since we were talking and eating. It was nice hanging out with him. The bill arrived and I try to take it before him but he beats me to it. I say let me pay. He says no I will pay and then I say okay but next time I'll pay. He just looked me shocked and says 'there is going to be a next time?' I realised what I said and defended by saying Yeahh why not we are friends now so we can hang out.

We walked out of the restaurant and he asked me how I am going home I said I thought I'll go with Anu so I didn't get my car so by cab he says no no I can't let you go by cab alone I'll drop you since I don't live very far from your house. I say 'no no
U don't hv to I need to give Aarohi her dinner and then go home I'll take parcel from my restaurant he says okay let me take you to the restaurant then hospital and then drop you home
I say no as it would be too much for him to drive so much around.

He says he needs to go to his office to pick up a file anyway and his office is near my restaurant so it would be fine. I didn't want to be a trouble for him so I say no again but he insisted alot and his route is pretty much the same as me so I say okay and sit in his car
