Atsuomi Ayanokōji reached for his coffee cup and looked at Chairman Sakayanagi with a serious expression. "I have a proposal for you, Chairman," he stated firmly.
"Please do tell, Professor," the Chairman replied. "I'll be frank since you already know that I'm somewhat against your methods, even though I respect you in high regard. What can I do for you to put an end to this facility?"
"I'll get straight to the point, Chairman Sakayanagi," Atsuomi Ayanokōji said, his voice unwavering. "Currently, the White Room is in its 5th generation of individuals since its founding. I'm going to make a deal: I won't continue the White Room's operation, then this will be the last generation. I just need a favor from an old friend of mine."
Chairman Sakayanagi was shocked, but he didn't say anything after hearing these words from Atsuomi Ayanokōji himself.
Atsuomi Ayanokōji had a small grin unnoticed by Chairman Sakayanagi.
"I want you to get me in touch with the government that is an advocate of your Advanced Nurturing High School," Atsuomi Ayanokōji continued in a confident tone.

"I would like to thank everyone for coming to this urgent meeting that I have appealed for without prior notice," Chairman Sakayanagi began.
Then he turned his attention towards the man who was the subject of the meeting itself, Atsuomi Ayanokōji. "Hahaha, you know me well, Chairman Sakayanagi," Atsuomi Ayanokōji replied confidently. "Well, I'll get straight to the point."
After a brief silence, Atsuomi Ayanokōji looked upon the 13 people, including Chairman Sakayanagi, with a consequential face.
"I want to invest in the future of this country," he stated firmly. "After knowing about ANHS, I'm impressed with our current government securing our prosperity for the future. I want to become a sponsor with this project of our government."
"Oh? But the government doesn't need sponsors and is against autocracy," Government Advocate 1 replied skeptically.
"Three trillion yen," Atsuomi Ayanokōji stated firmly. "I won't ask for something unreasonable or power within the institute."
"A-absurd, and what would you get after using that much money?" Government Advocate 2 asked incredulously.
All of the present individuals inside the meeting room were dumbfounded after hearing those words.
"Please tell us straight, Professor. What is your condition?" Government Advocate 3 inquired.
Atsuomi Ayanokōji: I want the funds that I will put up to be used to establish a university within the school itself. Wouldn't it be much more reasonable to just focus on the employment rate and use the same regime for the university curriculum we will have a much higher quality of graduates and future pillars for our countries that way
"If ever this proposal is accepted, how are we going to accommodate the graduating students if we plan on having a university institute ongoing?" Government Advocate 3 asked.
"It wouldn't be a problem since we have an ongoing renovation of a vacant building," Chairman Sakayanagi replied confidently.
"We will give you an update regarding this proposal in the coming months, Professor," he concluded.
(Three years wouldn't be enough even if I have to use everything at my disposal, just to make them agree on adding the university I've proffer. After getting the information from Sakayanagi during our latter rendezvous, next year's batch of students, including those in higher years, includes about sixty percent of the influential families & special targets with promising genes that I need "him" to get on my side at all costs. It won't be possible by the time my arrow gets released some of them will already be in their senior years. It needs to be these specific years since I only have one arrow. For this to work, I need to give "him" as much time as possible.)
