BECOMING FRIENDS

Slayers:

Tanjiro:

It's not hard to become friends with Tanjiro, because he's so nice, caring, and considerate. And as you two stuck together on your journey, you grew more comfortable around him and his little sister - Nezuko, as he introduced.

Zenitsu and Inosuke were good company as well, but you weren't as close with them as you were with Tanjiro. When you two were apart, you'd frequently send letters to each other for updates, since you'd found a nice home in a quiet village, far away from your horrid parents.

Inosuke:

The wild man was annoying when you first met him, because he was always trying to challenge you, but as you got to know him more while your sister was healing, you softened to his antics. You also learned how to subdue him easily (mostly by offering him food or countering his challenges by asking him questions).

He also warmed up to you quite a bit, because he stopped challenging you as much and started seeing you as an equal, even though you weren't a demon slayer.

Zenitsu:

As you two teamed up for missions more and more, you found yourself growing closer to the man, and you realized that he wasn't all that bad; he was a pretty cool dude.

His wimpy attitude was slowly vanishing the more demons he slayed, and his clinging to you was fading as well. Sometimes after slaying demons, you two would treat yourselves to some greasy street food.

Nezuko:

Nezuko really warmed up to you during your time at the Butterfly Mansion, often seeking you out when Tanjiro was busy doing his rehab training.

She often gave you headpats or gave you food that she snuck out of Aoi's kitchen. She really liked you, and you were more than happy to be her friend.

Shinobu:

There was something about the gentle woman that just drew you closer to her. While you were healing at the Estate, you often struck up a conversation with her or she would seek you out (when she wasn't busy) to just hang out and see how your wounds were healing.

Mitsuri:

It's safe to say that food was your bonding point. More often than not would Mitsuri come visit you at your father's business with some food, and you two would have a picnic together.

Sometimes, you two would also go shopping in your small village, and one day you surprised her with a pink pendant with a heart engraved onto it, something that you carved yourself.

Kanae:

After occasionally sneaking away from your training with Kyojuro (and getting caught a few times), Kanae started to visit you at his estate while you were training.
