"Maddie" I groan as I hear my name for the 15th hundred time in the last 5 minutes. "Whatttt" I reply loud enough for my brother to hear me but not to loud because I'm tired and loud sounds this early are triggering. Then theres a knock on my door. "Can I come in?" My brother Joseph questions "Yeah" I say as he's already walking in "Whats up??" I ask. "It's 11 and your still in bed, I'm super hungry I was waiting for u to wake up.." he says as he looks at me. "ok give me 5 and then we can go get breakfast? well I guess brunch now." I say as I crawl out of bed. "Yes pleasee, I'll wait in the living room" he says
I start getting ready, I brush my hair out, and decide to put on a little bit of makeup but not to much because it's super early. Once I'm done washing my face I put leggings and a sweatshirt on, since its chilly in toronto, even though I'm not used to this weather I have some clothes that are warm. My brothers and I were born in italy but Joseph and I only lived there for about 3 years, and Antonio got to live there for about 8, we moved to LA when Joe and I were 3 and our eldest brother Ant was 8, I don't remeber much about italy but I've heard many stories about it, I'm hoping in about a year I can go for a trip to italy with my brothers. My brothers and I have lived in LA for awhile now but my brothers cheer for the Toronto Maple Leafs, the funny thing is my brother Antonio decided to move here because his wife's family lives here, so Antonio lives with his wife and Joseph and I live in an apartment together. Its been about 3 minutes so I have two more minutes to finish doing my makeup. After I'm done I put on my shoes and I'm ready to go.

"Okay joe, I'm ready to go noww!!" I say sort of loud so he hears me, he walks over and looks at me. "it took you long enough" he says I laugh and hold the door for him. "Can I drive, pleaseeeee I promise i'll be responsible!!!" I say looking at joe with puppy dog eyes hoping he'll say yes. "I cant say no to you and you know that" he looks at me and rolls his eyes, I laugh and take the keys from him. "Thanku!! I love you" I hop in the drivers seat of our range rover when he looks at me and starts talking I decide to drive while listening. "When was the last time you talked to Antonio?? I feel like he's been more distant since we moved here" I look at him since were at a red light.
I never really talked to Antonio since we never liked the same things and he was 5 years older than me but I do agree with Joseph on this one he hasn't been talking to us as much as he usually does.
"Hmm, I think hes probably just busy moving and getting to know Elena's family more" Elena and Antonio have been engaged for a little over 3 years now, but we only moved to Toronto about a month ago so Antonio had never met Elena's family until now. It was weird in my opinion especially because they were dating for around 2 years before they got engaged but whatever its not my problem.
"Yeah I guess so, well I got three tickets to tonights hockey game, we have seats right up against the glass. I was thinking of inviting Antonio and I would love for you to come" Joe says while looking at me, I park the car and look at him and smile.
"That sounds good, I dont really understand hockey but I'm sure It'll be good bonding time for all of us!!" I say hoping that Antonio decides to go.. I wouldn't be surprised if he can't go, but I'm not gonna say that to Joseph because that would break him. He just smiled at me as I parked the car. "Okay well we are here so lets go eatt!!" I say opening the door. "I'm already two steps ahead of you" I laugh as hes already opening the door to the restaurant. - We got seated at our table, I cant lie I was also starving but the food shouldn't take that long. I ordered pancakes with chocolate chips with whipped cream on top, it came with a side of bacon, Joseph ordered a, bacon egg sandwich and now we were just waiting for the food. I also got an iced coffee with mine and Joseph got straight black coffee, I never understood how he drank stuff like that. My thoughts were interrupted by Joseph speaking.
"So maddie, I texted Ant and he said he would love to come" I smiled kind of surprised "Thats great, what time is the game at??" It was currently 11:50 on a Saturday and the games were usually during the day when they had saturday games or so I've heard.
"Its at 3:00, so we need to leave at 2:15 since its a 20 minute drive and we have to pick up Ant on our way, we also may wanna get snacks before the game." He smiled at me as our food started to come out "The pancakes with chocolate chips and whipped cream" the waitress called out as I took the plate and smiled, everytime the waitress came out it looked as Joseph's face lit up, It made me laugh since he hasn't dated in forever, but yes the waitress was gorgeous, she had light brown hair with brown eyes and her outfit just showed her perfect figure.
She handed us our food and we started eating, before I took my first bite I decided to take a photo of my food to post on my ig Joseph did the same but of me with my coffee.
Once we were done she brought out the check and wrote something on the recipt then she left it on the table, I picked it up and smirked as I let out a little giggle. Joe turned to me and looked confused "What??" he said, I looked at him "Hmm, whats going on with you and the waitress" I wiggle my eyebrows as a joke and he turns red "Whatt, what do u meann??" he takes the recipt from my hands and once again turns bright red when he sees her number written on the recipt, I just laugh again as he folds the recipt and puts it in his pocket. - We get back home and its now 12:45 and i have about an hour to get ready, and a half an hour for a nap. I go to the bathroom and take off my makeup that I had on beforehand from breakfast, I then change into my shorts and an oversized t-shirt. I finally get into bed and set an alarm for 1:20 and finally close my eyes.
I wake up at 1:20 when my alarm goes off and decide to get changed into jeans but then I realize I dont have a jersey so I go to Joes room.
"Hey joe, please tell me you have an extra jersey!" I say hoping he does "I mean I do, but why??" oh my hes so special "obviously because I wanna wear it!!" he looks at me connecting the dots "Oh yes for sure!" he searches around for a couple minutes then he finds it and passes it to me "here ya go, we have 30 minutes till we gotta leave" I smile "thankuuu, and okayy i'll be ready" I walk out to go change, the jersey has the number 16 on it and it says Marner on the back, I know that its Mitch Marner, I only know two people on the team and one of them is Mitch Marner and the other is William Nylander, the only reason I know them is because Joseph owns a Nylander jersey and a Marner jersey.
So I pay attention to that kind of??? - I've finished my makeup, got changed and did my hair, I decided to curl my hair which takes longer so it's currently 2:10 and we have to leave at 2:15 so I put on my shoes and wait for Joe.
