Logan stared at his phone with the reflection of the messages on his lenses, mindlessly looking at his pinging phone from notifications from the group chat he was in. He continuously absorbed all the information he was getting from his friends' messages; one after the other until he was taking it in subconsciously as if it were like breathing.
However, the thought of texting something back never crossed his mind. Not even for a nanosecond.
He felt and thought him replying or texting something will entirely ruin the vibe and mood that was being constantly exchanged in the group chat.
He knew he won't be able to match the energy.
He felt completely left out. In fact, he was completely left out in the group chat and in real life. Even Ben was able to somehow fit in, but not him.
He didn't want to ruin the mood or vibe by saying something that shouldn't be said.
What if they hated him for ruining the vibe?
He didn't want his friends to hate him or drop him, especially not after he had his first friends in his life. So, he never spoke about him feeling left out to his friends.
It's better to feel left out than be dropped and become a loner again.
Ever since the group chat was made, no one has ever mentioned his name in the group chat. Anyone but his, even Barron was mentioned, but never Logan.
