I didn't know if I should text her already or wait. My heart was saying text her, but my head was saying it was to soon. I decided to go with my heart since it usually tended to be right.

I pulled out my phone and dialed the numbers. My hand began to shake and I was getting nervous. Usually I would just do it,but there was something different about her. I don't know what it was but she made me so nervous and anxious.

I typed the number and just typed a simple " hey". I began to think should I say "hey" or "hi". I don't know ??

I just sent a simple " hey" and sat there waiting for a reply.

It had only been a minute but It felt like an hour. Maybe she didn't have her phone on her? Maybe she just gave me her number to be nice?

I didn't know what was up, I just grabbed my phone and held onto it. Thinking about her and how beautiful she was.

Than she finally replied.

With a "hey who is this"

My heart melted, just kidding it didn't but how stupid of me not to put "hey it's the girls that gave you your coffee today" ...
Instead I just put "hey"
Wow I couldn't but laugh at what had just happened.

I decided to text back

Me: Hey it's me the girl from the cafe I stated I'm Marley btw

Hot girl from the coffee shop: oh hey I'm Ashley it's nice to meet you! So you live around here?

Finally I got her name

Me: It's nice to meet you too! Yeah I do what about you?

Ashley: I just moved here about 2 weeks ago so I'm pretty new to the area.

Me: Have you been to Red rock canyon yet?

Ashley: no I haven't been What's it like?

Me: it's like a big red canyon lol it's so beautiful you have to go

Ashley: how about you take me?

Me: oh you wanna go with me? Um yeah okay we can go next weekend

Ashley: so what else is there to see around here?

Me: There's Lake Mead, The valley of fire, and you can always just drive to Cali.

Ashley: I need to get out more lol
