With a sigh heavy with defeat, Vox reluctantly exited the room, his steps echoing in the empty corridor. Casting a small glance back at you, guilt etched across his face.

Alastor's actions had wounded her deeply, leaving behind a trail of pain and betrayal that cut deeper than any physical injury. The fire of vengeance burned bright within Vox's eyes.

This wont stand, not anymore. Alastor had made a grave mistake in returning, and Vox was ready to make sure he regretted it.

In a pissed-off mood due to what had just unfolded, Vox stormed his way to the living space, his footsteps heavy with frustration echoing through the dimly lit corridor.

You, Velvette, and Valentino sat on the plush couches, your expressions neutral and even bored. The room felt suffused with an electric energy, crackling with anticipation as you awaited Vox's arrival to discuss the events that had transpired.

Suddenly, the lights flickered back on, casting harsh shadows across the room as Vox entered with a heavy sigh. His usually confident demeanor was replaced by a sense of weariness, his shoulders slumped.

With a resigned gesture, he called Kitty over to take his drink order, as she moved to fulfill his request, there was a tense silence that hung between you.

Vox settled into his seat beside you on the couch with a loud, exaggerated sigh.

Before anyone else could speak, Velvette's voice cut in. "So, are you not gonna explain to us what the fuck just happened?" she demanded, her words sharp and demanding.

There was a pause as Vox hesitated, his gaze flickering between each of you.

Finally, with a heavy sigh, he relented. "It's complicated," he began, his voice tinged with resignation. "But let's just say we've got a problem on our hands. A big one."

You exchanged confused glances with Val and Vel. "We need to do something before this can spiral out of control, again," Vox declared, his voice tinged with urgency and a hint of hesitation, we all understood what he meant by 'again' a stark reminder of the past consequence's.

"We discussed this yesterday, there's really nothing we can do," Val offered, as he took a drag of his cigarette.

"We could just kill them all but nooo, Vox doesn't want me doing that," you interjected, your tone dripping with bitterness as you picked at your claws in frustration. The petty remark made Vox scoff.

Vox shot you an annoyed glance, his expression a mix of annoyance and concern. "I have a better plan, y/n," he offered, his voice firm yet tinged with a hint of excitement.

The overwhelming urge to murder everyone in that shithole gnawed at your insides.

With a sigh, you slumped back into your seat, the restless feeling settling heavily upon your shoulders. "Your loss," you muttered under your breath, the words laden with bitterness.

But before the tense atmosphere could linger any longer, Vox cleared his throat, drawing your attention back to him. "And it involves you," he began.

You raised an eyebrow, intrigued by his cryptic remark. "I've been thinking... What if you wanted to get redeemed?" he hinted, a small smirk playing at the corners of his lips.

You caught onto his meaning immediately, a mischievous smirk crossing your own face in response. "And, what would happen if I did? What would I do then?" you questioned, the excitement bubbling beneath the surface.
