Tsukasa wiped a few beads of sweat off his forehead. "Gosh, it's hot in here." He complained, leaving the kitchen to feel the coolness of the bakery. Tsukasa then returned to the kitchen to finish prepping for tomorrow morning.
"Hmmm, seems like everything's ready to be baked around tomorrow. Dough's fine." He glanced at some remaining ingredients. "I think I'll make some mousse." He scrambled to the pantry and grabbed a bag of chocolate chips.
"Chocolate mousse sounds good... I can have this or breakfast- Orrrrrr.... Serve it as tomorrow's special item." He began to set the gathered ingredients on the countertop.
He grabbed a small pan and put water in it, placing it over the stove. he turned on the stove as he grabbed a medium bowl. Tsukasa then pour the chocolate chips into the bowl, waiting for them to heat up.
He yawned and looked at the clock. "Already 1 am?.." He rubbed his eyes. "I can survive for another 30 minutes...." He began to prep everything else, leaving the heavy whipped cream in the fridge so it could remain cold.
He sat down by the counter, scrolling through his phone. All his friends weren't single for starters, and they seemed to be carefree while doing the things that they loved. It wasn't like Tsukasa didn't want to be a baker. It was just so much work alone and he wished that he did have someone to help.
He went over to the sink and put some water on his face. "Uuwahhh..." He frowned. He was getting sad due to the sleep he was losing by the minute. Once he heard some bubbles pop from the water, he grabbed a silicone spatula and started to stir the chocolate.
While doing so, the bowl was moving to his pain and Tsukasa had to hold onto the heating bowl as he stirred the chocolate.
As the minutes went by, he finished prepping the chocolate mousse, using a hand mixer to mix the combination of the chocolate mixture and the white cream with stiff peaks. He used the silicone spatula to mix it slowly.
Tsukasa was about to nod off to sleep, but resisted the eppy demons to finish stirring. He smiled once he believed he finished stirring. He then took out out some serving cups and stirred a bit more, making sure to check the bottom to see if the white cream wasn't fully mixed.
He slowly poured the mousse mixture into the cups, making sure they were about even. He managed to get around 20ish cups which was almost perfect. He'd server 18 and have 2 for himself.
