Character Name: Urchin
Parent: Uliana
Physical Appearance: Urchin is of average height with a lean, athletic build. He has dark brown skin, an evil smirk, and dark green hair. He favors a slightly punk-rock aesthetic, with ripped jeans, leather jackets with fringes adorned with sea trinkets, distressed shirts, platform boots with buckles, buckled belts, fingerless gloves, rings, and a seashell necklace given to him by his mother. His makeup is minimal, save for his turquoise eyeliner and purple eyeshadow, which he applies with a dramatic flourish. When Urchin transforms, his body takes on the form of a Cecelia, a sea witch with eight wicked tentacles. His human torso remains unchanged, but from the waist down, he becomes a vibrant sea green, his eight tentacles dotted with pink suckers. He can control these tentacles with incredible agility, using them for both combat and movement. Even in his human form, the eight tentacles remain hidden behind him, a constant reminder of his true nature.
Personality Traits: Urchin is a force to be reckoned with, a bad boy sea witch who is determined to prove himself as the baddest Villain Kid (VK) in both the Isle of the Lost and Auradon. He has a tough exterior and can come off as intimidating and fierce, but deep down, Urchin is not necessarily immoral and more misunderstood. He feels like he's constantly pushed around and looked down on by others, causing him to lash out and torment those who cross his path. Despite his tough exterior, Urchin has a soft spot for his mother, Uliana, and his friends. He is also highly intelligent and cunning, often using his wit to get what he wants.
Urchin grew up in a tumultuous environment on the Isle of the Lost, surrounded by villainous influences. His family background is filled with dark magic and wicked deeds. Despite being related to Ursula, he felt like an outcast in his own family. Urchin's upbringing shaped his rebellious and defiant nature.
Urchin is the son of Uliana, Ursula's younger sister, and is therefore Ursula's nephew and Uma and Urson's younger cousin. He grew up on the Isle of the Lost, in a poor and neglected part of the island. He was often left to fend for himself. This harsh environment fostered his rebellious streak and his desire to prove himself.
Urchin is the son of Uliana, Ursula's sister, making him Ursula's nephew and Uma and Urson's cousin. He lives with his mother in the isolated swamp on the Isle of the Lost, as most villains don't like Uliana. Growing up, Urchin had always had dreams of different lives, some good, some bad, and as he grew older, he learned more about his mother's past and the tales of Merlin Academy in Auradon. He has always despised Auradon, but as his dreams got more vivid, he grew determined to find out what exactly he had been dreaming about his whole life.
One day, Urchin discovered the truth as a teen. Red, the daughter of the Queen of Hearts, and Chloe, the daughter of Cinderella, traveled back in time and stopped the Queen of Hearts from becoming evil because of an evil prank pulled by Uliana, changing the timeline for everyone. These time-travel incidents caused Urchin to have vivid dreams of different lives, and he felt like a casualty and a consequence of their actions. Feeling pushed over and angry, Urchin vowed vengeance against Red and to prove he's the baddest VK Auradon and the Isle has ever seen.
Urchin is the ringleader of a tough group of VKs, including Hollie Hook, the youngest and swashbuckling pirate princess, daughter of Captain Hook and his first mate, Shaya Yu, the fierce and fearless daughter of Shan Yu, Charles Facilier, the slick sticky-fingered mean-boy nephew of Dr. Facilier, and Mora, the weird and wicked son of Morgie Le Fay and grandson of Morgana LeFay who's obsessed with Urchin. Together, they stole the title of the baddest gang on the Isle of the Lost.
Special Abilities/Powers: Urchin possesses the power to change and control events through the use of incantations and recitations. He can transform his body into water or manifest himself through it. He can transform himself into bubbles of water and water vortexes. Urchin can manifest himself through swarms of fish and other sea life. Urchin possesses the power to manipulate water. Urchin can communicate with sea creatures in the ocean. Upon entering the water, Urchin can transform himself into a giant Cecaelia like his mother; a human with the lower body of an octopus.
