Mialotte- She Is Finally Back

Chapter 1

Hii, sooo I really got into The Nursery Nurse and now we are here. English is not my first language so please be kind and I am open to criticism. Please enjoy :))

After the conversation with Marj, Charlotte feels a lot better. As soon as she is out of the room, she grabs her phone to send a quick text to Mia, telling her about the talk with Marj and Reece. Promising her more details when they speak over the phone later that day.
It has become a habit, every evening one of them called the other and they just talked about everything and anything, for a few hours. That was Chars favourite part of the day. She missed the other women terribly, but knew they both had to work on some things. After reading Mia's answer and replying with an "I miss you" and "work is not the same witouth you." She put her phone back into her locker, and continues her work.

A few hours later she and Marj are locking up as Marj ask sher: "So where is Mia actually? I mean she got fired and cut ties with Roger, what is she doing now?"  " She followed a lead about her dad, is tying up some strings, and working on herself at the moment, she is not in the country and I miss her so much, even though we talk every day, it's hard" :came Chars quick reply. Marj just nods, before answering,:" I am glad she is doing something for herself, and I am sure it is hard for you. Did she say when she is coming back?" "No, because she doesn't know how long everything will take, but she promised she will do it as quickly as she can." They talked for a while longer before Chars phone starts to ring.
As soon as she sees whos calling a bright smile appears on her face, and Marj smiles saying:" Alright, go talk with Mia, and tell her we will need to have a chat when she comes back. Good night, my love." And with that she goes to her car and Char accepts the call. "Hello Sweetheart." Is the first thing she hears, when she picks up, and she cant help the blush creeping up her neck because of the way she says that nickname " Hi beautiful" she replays, smiling wide.

A few months later:
The last few months were really boring. Nothing out of the ordenery. Char and Mia were still talking every day and yesterday Mia finally told Char she would be home soon. Char was in an extremly good mood the whole day. As she, Marj and Reece were cleaning after a long day, Marj asked:" why are you so smiley today Char?" "Mia is coming back tomorrow and I am soo exited to see her again, those months were so long." They were at the exit now and locking everything up when a voice from behind them suddenly said:" You are absolutly right, sweetheart, in fact they were so long I couldn’t wait any longer and managed to get an earlier flight home. Surprise!" A familiar voice said. All three turned around, and there stood Mia, with a Bouquet of black roses and a little plushed animal in hand, but dropping both items to catch Char, who flew herself at Mia.
She caught her with ease and twirled her around, before setting her back to her feet and pulling her into a deep, long hug, inhaling her scent, and feeling her warmth, feeling her against her body and relaxing into her home, her safe place, her sweetheart. Char was doing the exakt same thing, hiding her face in Mia's neck, inhaling her scent and the feeling of her arms around her shoulders while her's wrapped around Mia's waist, holding her close. After a few seconds the let go of each other, but not completely, Mia held her hand as she bend down to pick her presents up and give them to her. " I can't believe you are finally here. I missed you so much and you didn't have to bring presents, you would have been enough" Char says admiring her flowers and the plushie, giving Mia a quick kiss on the cheek, which made her smile. "I know, but I wanted to make you extra happy, because I let you wait for so long. I missed you too, but know I am back and I will be staying for as long as you want me." Answerd Mia as she got lost in those warm, blue eyes. "Mia, glad you are back." Marj voice cut through their bubble, they were so focused on each other they had complety forgotten that there were people around them. Mia tore her eyes from Char's and smiled at Marj and Reece. "Hey you two, thanks, I am glad to be back too, I think you both want to speak with me and get answers to some questions." " Yes but that can wait a few days longer. You two go home and make up for lost time." Marj said, not wanting to ruin their moment, they waited months to talk, a few days more will not hurt anyone, besides those two really need time to cuddle and be together. Even now they were still holding each other as if one would dissapear if they weren't touching. They said their goodbyes, and watched the two walking, huddeld together to Mia's car before driving off.
