Aaina's heart, her Pov

"What do you mean she's not here , I need her with me . I need her support.", Aaina cried 

"Shut up Aaina. Are you dumb? Why can't you understand she doesn't want you happiness. She's jealous of you. She'll try everything to break this marriage. Don't you see it? Don't you see how she never leaves any chance to be at Arnav's side. Save this marriage. Arnav's from a well off family, he looks good and is good at heart. I don't want your story to be like mine. I need you to go from here and live in power." Aaina's mom argued.

"I don't know mom , just leave me for now. I need my own space and process this all."Aaina requested.

Aaina's mom left the room.

Aaina's Pov.

Chhavi was always the golden child of family . After that accident things changed , she became dull. She became sad , lonely. She always doubted herself and I hated to see it. My mother always wanted me to be the best . To win from her. I could never but after that accident, she left the palace and I could be the star of everybody's eyes. Mother was happy . Papa was more happy than before. And foremost I was happy. I felt seen yet idk why i wanted her by my side. I was happy she'll come and I'll have her with me. But she left again. Does she really not want me happy? Is my mom right?

Flashback 18 years ago 

Both of us were 8 year old. We got our results 

"Yaaayyyyy I won I won I came first babaji , dadi look I won." , Chhavi cheered.

" Aree wah , very good poti ji", dadi and babaji replied 

"What about you Aaina ? "  Aaina's mom asked angrily 

"Did you do good bachha? ", dadi asked.

" I did dadi ma , I came 2 , for the first time I could gain a position.", Aaina replied cheerfully.

"Ridiculous, so dumb so so dumb. 2 , what do you mean 2? Why can you never do good? I have had enough of you.", Aaina's mom shouted.

"What are you saying didi , she did very good. She's just a child and still came 2. You should be proud of her." Badi taiji explained.

Aaina's mom left the scene dramatically .

"We'll have a party today. Congratulations both of you ." Aaina's father said and left.

Chhavi consoled Aaina but Aaina smacked her hand off of her and left for her room.

" I am sorry Aaina, i will make sure I never come 1 again."chhavi cried

" Chup kar , you did good it's me who did bad." Aaina replied.

"No you didn't, don't you remember what chote tauji always says , our work is to give our best not see the results." Chhavi adviced.

"Hmm, I am sorry for misbehaving, come give me a hug.",  Aaina smiled.

Both of them hugged .

Aaina cried remembering all of this and wanted to call Chhavi back but thinking about chote tauji made her dismiss the idea of call.
