It was a random tuesday during summer break. Louis and Harry were hanging out outside once again, just doing random stuff.
"Do you wanna go swimming?" Harry asked out of the blue.
"Swim where?" Louis asked.
"Well, we could go to the pool, but we can just- go somewhere else too, somewhere where we won't be bothered." Harry bit his lip as he looked up into Louis' eyes.
"Mhm." Louis raised his brows as he hummed.

"So?" Harry asked, waiting for Louis' answer.
"I dunno. We can go anywhere I guess. I don't really care." Louis shrugged.
"Do you even want to go?" Harry asked a little disappointed.
"No, love, don't give me that look. I want to go." Harry wasn't so sure about that.
"Do you really?" Louis nodded.

"Pool or lake?" Harry asked.
"Lake sounds nice." Louis twirled one of Harry's curls around his finger.
"Okay. We should go get ready and leave for the lake." Harry chipped.

When they arrived to the lake, Louis led them to his secret spot.
"This spot is perfect." what caught Harry's attention first was the rope hanging from the tree.
"What's this for?" He asked.
"Ehm, let me show you." Louis put down his stuff before he ran towards it. He grabbed onto the rope as he swang with it above the water, jumping few seconds later.
"Woohooo!" he screamed before he disappeared under the water with a loud splash.
Harry had to giggle at that.

"Come too." Louis emerged from underneath the water, waving Harry over.
The younger one ran towards the lake, grabbing onto the rope, and jumping into the water.

"I got water in my nose." Harry coughed when he emerged from under the water.
Louis chuckled.
"Are you okay?" he had to make sure.
"Yeah, I am good." the younger one nodded.

Louis swam closer towards Harry.
"Let's swim somewhere we can reach?" Harry asked.
"Yeah, let's go." Louis agreed.

They stopped swimming once they both could reach the bottom of the lake.
Louis moved closer towards Harry before he captured his lips in a kiss. He cupped his cheeks, keeping him close.
When they pulled away Harry wrapped his legs around Louis.
"What are you doing, hm?" he arched his brow at him.
"Nothing." Harry just shrugged, not doing anything else.
"If you say so." Louis shrugged too, holding Harry in place by his back.

"Louis?" Harry looked up to meet his eyes.
"Yeah, love?" the younger one bit his lip before he answered.
"I love you." he waited for a response as he played with the hair on the nape of Louis' neck.
"I- love you too." Louis responded when he realized what Harry had just told him.

Harry smiled widely before attacking Louis' lips.
"I am so happy." Harry was all smiley on that day, the fact that Louis said it back made him even happier.
"I am too." Louis pecked Harry's lips one more time.
"I love you a lot, Haz."

They were walking back to Louis' place while holding hands, not really caring about anyone seeing them anymore.
"Lou..." Harry clinged to the older one when they reached the door.
"Yeah?" Louis tried to unlock the door with Harry still clinging to his body.

"Love, I need to open the door." Louis laughed.
"Noooo." Harry pulled him away before kissing his lips.
Suddenly the door swang open, relieving Louis' mother.
"Is something wrong with the lock-" she cut herself off at the sight of Harry and Louis kissing.

They pulled away quickly, not knowing what to say.
"Mom, we wanna have sweets, can we?" the twins ran into the hallway.
"Yes, you can have some, girls." she told them. Louis and Harry walked in like two ghosts, Johannah closing the door behind them.
